I hit a deer on Fri 10_28 16 nxt Fri thygitdone around 1500 pm well They said my Co had not sent them Po well that at 1700pm will not open an2 Monday we left Th. Turbo hose popped off Well we checked Th. Trk to make sure nothing would well checked th bumper Thu put on th bolts where not right you turn Th. Bolts by hand th Po Fri if you go there to gt your Trm fixed make sure Thu tighten every bolt b4 you leave

Worst dealer I have ever been to. Brought truck in on Monday morning for check engine light on. No other obvious problems. Told it was DTS filter needed to be replaced. Then it was a shifter arm and bushing. Then it was a sensor. Then when they took sensor out they striped the threads. Had to call a specialist (the next day) to come fix threads so they could put in new sensor. 9yes NINE DAYS LATER.I get my truck!!
Shop manager should be fired for being a liar!!! You are constantly being told it will be tomorrow. They tell you they will call you. But YOU have to call THEM!!! Found mechanics standing around telling jokes (not on break) instead of working. Oil stains all over driver seat. (Seat cover shoved in door pocket). And would someone tell me why they would mess with my passengers seat when there wasn't anything wrong with it?!!!
There should be a "no stars" option to rate this place!

$750 for an alternator belt and a tentioner. Checked the truck in on sunday night. Took them until wednesday around noon to put the new belt on.
Charged 150 for diagnosis alone and found out a couple of other things including bad torque arms. Later on we took the truck in another shop to find out almost all of the diagnosis was bs.

Hood bracket came loose on Cascadia and needed alignment. Checked in Monday afternoon, checked out Wednesday morning. All good. Glue used on hood had to set for 24 hours or may have been out quicker. Work done was good, and all people treated me good, price was acceptable given a Freightliner dealer.

I read all of the really bad reviews, and it is hard to get a feel for what kind of work is done, but after being in and our of a LOT of dealers, you HAVE TO KNOW:
1) Usually a wait of up to several days to GET IN any shop.
2) No urgency to get you out, and parts order may add to time.
3) Price is always going to be (A LOT) more that you estimated.
4) Some shops may not fix what you needed, may fix something that was not broke and try to charge you, and/or may break something that was not broken to begin with.

That said, I did not have any of those problems at this body shop and recommend it.

This place is top notch! It used to be the Freightliner truck repair shop but is now a trailer & body shop. If you need any repairs they will get you in right away & get you back on the road. The level of professionalism & quality of body repairs is outstanding! Not to mention the staff members are very polite & ready to help you out with whatever your need is.
