Great service. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and was in and out in about one hour. I was thrilled!

Purchased an 11K SUV after foolishly seeing it only after dark. The salesman was pushy and tried to rush me, not wanting to give time to think. Gave me about 30 seconds to look at CarFax, while standing in front of me impatiently, and I never got a copy of them. Found out only when signing financing, by way of a tiny 1/16" checked box buried on the page, that it was a previous rental. It had a cracked windshield and taillights that held water & were shorting out. Took six weeks and multiple calls to management and finally an email to Rick Ricart to convince them to replace the taillights, after pointing out that driving without them is a legal issue and therefore they sold me a car illegal to drive (which was the reason they gave me for voluntarily replacing my windshield - illegal to drive = illegal to sell). Between the high pressure sale, the 11K spent on a car that was OBVIOUSLY not gone over like they claim, and the ridiculous run around to get the taillights fixed, I WILL NOT be back and will definitely be sharing my experience with anyone considering Ricart. Its no wonder one of the top people in their Ford new car sales told me he wouldn't send his enemies to the Used Car Factory. Should have talked to him first. Go to Ricart only if you want to be pushed into a vehicle, talked to like a fool (my salesman actually rolled his eyes at me!) and treated like a just another number. It may have been a good dealership years ago, but now its all about how many people they can push through to make a dollar.

Had my Kia Soul Serviced and as always everyone was very friendly and flexible, they provided an Uber to get me to work and back. Everything was taken care of quickly and had no issues.

They just want money. They recommended replacing my transmission which would've cost 5 Grand. I got a second opinion and had my transmission rebuilt. Only cost me a Grand. And my car runs perfectly now.

Went to Express Service instead of Quicklane. No appointment. Handled oil change anyway & promptly. I'm satisfied.

Add the service plan + to your auto buying experience, it's we'll worth the price and value of the maintenance during your ownership of the vehicle.

I bought my car from Ricart in 2014 and have had my car serviced here for various reasons (oil change, car wont start, new battery etc) While, like many reviewers, I believe the wait is sometimes a little long, the service has always been great. Also, the wait room is niceit's clean, there are refreshments and tvsjust bring some work and a book and you're fine. They're understandably busy. I haven't felt like the prices have been too high or low, very reasonable in my experience.

My most recent visit, their service was amazing. I had been having issues with my 2011 Elantra starting. I finally got it started and decided to drive it out to them. They were able to fit me in. My advisor was Amber Mann who I feel is always straightforward and understanding. She communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. Not only that, but when I was dropping my car off, I joked about forgetting my house key as I was separating (what I thought) was my house key. I took the shuttle home (which is another major convenience btwthe cars are very clean and can take you home and/or pick you up if you need to leave your car)long story short, the shuttle dropped me off and I realized I didn't have my house key. I called in and the girl who answered was super friendly and assured me that Amber had my keys. They sent another shuttle just to drop the keys off to me at my house.

That service is above and beyond if you ask me.

    **update**
Despite them publicly posting "we are working on it", still silence. What a joke.
Ricart is still refusing in any way to assist with the issue with my car. They posted here publicly about "we are working on it" but still silence from them. It seems simple, offer to correct the problem, offer to split the bill, offer something besides "pay us to fix the damage we didn't disclose to you".
I can recommend other places to shop for a car or get quality service, but avoid Ricart. Just check my reviews.

I will keep THIS post updated with what resolution Ricart comes up with.

Friendly staff and fast service. I love this place. I bought my car here and their maintenance has been amazing at keeping my car in fine working order.

My only complaint is that their hours are more limited than I'd like them to be. As a person who works first shift during the week, trying to schedule maintenance can be a challenge.
