I dont think the customer with the negative review Jared was completely justified for providing a negative review, since he himself waited 2 weeks before he contacted the clinitc for his results. They dont deserve one star, trust me i have had plenty of bad customer service experiences. This place is the best option and they are not only well informed but well experienced. Give them a chance, no one is perfect and they stay busy but they have never been rude or done anything incompetent that i have ever seen and i met many of their staff, and i also have a keen eye 👀 on things like this providing many reviews on google. Hell i can say its better to go here than online vendors, its more cost effective and reliable and you always have someone to answer your questions. Theys guys like to take care of the community as well. You can tell by the way a person talks and their mannerisms what their intentions are, and the practitioners all are competent with good intentions 👍

So, in theory this concept is a good idea, but let me share with you the incompetence they displayed when working with me.
First, their website says "Walk ins welcome", so swung by when I was in the neighborhood to check it out. The lady at the front counter gave me the third degree for not setting an apt before I came. I apologized and said I was just following their site that said walk ins were welcome. She said she understood, but despite their site saying that, it was my fault and I wasn't being realistic??
So fast forward, from there, I met with a provider and they took blood samples to determine my levels of testosterone and thyroid hormone. They said results would be back in a week and to call if I didn't hear from them.
So 12 days later, nothingI called them and they apologized and said they'd have someone call me in the next few minnothing again
So I called 2 days later (14 total days) and after a lengthy hold, a nurse practitioner came on and apologized and said the reason they never called me back is because they never got any results. I asked why not, and they said they ran the wrong tests and didn't have any relevant info for me. So, in their error, they decided it was best to not follow up with me versus calling me to own up to their mistakes.
They offered to "get me in ASAP" and to cover the cost of the next round of tests, but said it would be 1-2 weeks again before I had results.
I told them to forget itI can't trust my health to people as incompetent as those as Revitalized Health.response / report this review -

I’ve been to a lot of clinics, online and in-person. NOTHING comes close to revitalized! Great staff, always accommodating. The ladies at the front always make my day. Donuts on Friday are great too.

I’ve been feeling abnormally tired for about a year now. I heard about Revitalized Health from a friend and decided to give it a shot. Their entire staff has been overly accommodating and helpful. After some extensive and detailed lab results, it turns out that I needed some help. The team at revitalized health made a plan, submitted a prescription, and 2 days later, I’m already feeling like a new man. Thank you Revitalized Health!

What a great facility and staff! I have been going to Revitalized Health for a couple years now, and couldn’t be happier! When it comes to hormone replacement, they know what they’re doing and make sure that your health is taken care of. Bernadette and Autumn are very knowledgeable and know their product and it’s affects extremely well! Highly recommend the company! They offer remote locations in Castle Rock and Parker which is very convenient for me, living in the S.E. Suburbs.
