Having made attempts at other facilities in search of the unrealized demons that always
triggered my return to substance abuse let me state clearly that Denver Recovery Center has been paramount in my learning and ultimately completing do so. The smaller group platform or model, if you will allows for immediate connection with those who share both similar and varying experiences. The groups are frequent and in depth and have left me with inner change from learning to incorporate self forgiveness, self compassion, and self love. I’ve learned that until one forgives himself he can’t truly accept forgiveness from others and until he loves himself, he doesn’t know how to truly love others.
Thank you to the entire staff at DRC. Y’all saved my life. I love you all.

Wow! How can I express through words what this center has done for me. I came here very insecure, prideful, and unwilling to believe anyone could get me to open up and reveal my feelings. How beautifully wrong the members of this staff proved me to be. From my first therapist to last, I was lovingly and sweetly broken. My walls came down, and it opened my heart to receive. I credit this center to helping me rediscover my faith, God came into my heart and reminded me that He still loved me and He has so much more that He still wants me to do in this life. My past shame, pain, regrets, have become a powerful testimony of deliverance, healing, sobriety, and love for others as well as myself. I can't ever thank you all enough, and I will carry a piece of you for eternity.

This was the most challenging step I've ever taken in my life but having completed the program, I know myself more than I ever have. I'm proud, confident, have great self esteem and am an all around better person. On top of all of that I am now 42 DAYS SOBER and loving it! The entire staff is incredible. I had the stigma that it would be run by doctors in labcoats carrying clipboards but quite the contrary. They were people just like me, same problems, same battles and I couldn't have been surrounded by better human beings. I love them all and miss them dearly but as life goes, the struggle to stay sober goes on, day by day. If you're on the fence about rehab, make the jump. You won't be sorry!

Very safe environment for group sharing. Same goes to the in house living homes available. Great space available for learning and healing in a safe way. There are also some great staff/facilitators. Russel and Reid were two of my fav male staffs, offering interesting topics and strategies to lead a group. Jennifer was also very helpful for me with her groups offering movement and others strategies to relieve stress and highlight coping skills. DRC as a whole is very good choice for a treatment facility. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from addiction.

The whole crew was awesome. Russell was fantastic, really helped my life and outlook. Caroline was my therapist she was amazing. Reid really help me figure out everything from my approach on conversation and life. Abby was a life saver she was helpful. My kids and family thanks DRC from the bottom of our hearts. You guys really changed my life. This was the best experience you could ever have for treatment. I'm still involved with alumni meetings and will be from here on out. Kevin from the alumni community, he's amazing as well, and helped change my life. Thanks to everyone for helping me become a better man and father. I really really do love all you guys thanks. I will be staying in touch through the alumni program.
