Golden peak is one of the very best there is.I just spent 4 weeks there to get my life on tract. the staff is there for one reason and that is to help you save your life. I could not of dreamed of a better place. These people are truly there to help you in any way. Thank you to Jen and Terry and all staff members. You helped save my life.

Had a loved one go here. One year plus later I am working on a $39000 bill with no response for a few months. The $39000 was for one week of care. Communication with this facility does not exist. There is no facility number to call to check on anything, status of a loved one, insurance information, coordination of care. I tried to help coordinate care with resources after release with no help at all from Golden Peaks. There are many other facilities that call back, have a plan, people you can talk to. Golden Peaks is like a locked vault. I am grateful they are available to help people, but there has to be a better way to be organized and communicate appropriately as a medical facility.
What a great facility to work through recovery. The facility and staff are great! Henry the case manager works so hard to push you in the right direction and help set you up for success. All the staff is kind compassionate.
The best recovery program I have been a part of. Not an easy program but the one that will prepare you with the best tools to be successful. Henry is a great case manager who truly cares about his clients and holds them accountable.
I highly do not recomment this place. I was enrolled for in an OP setting which consisted of one therapy session and one "group" session that was generally me and usually 1-2 other people. I did this for approximately 3.5 months. I was told multiple times my insurance would cover everything (and I would not have enrolled had that not been the case). I was never shown possible costs or what the cost per week was, stupidly assuming I could count on their word that they had run my insurance and that it would be covered. More than 6 months after leaving treatment I received a bill for over $14,000 dollars. Somehow those 10 ish weeks of one group session and 1 therapy session cost over $1000 per week! I was told it was likely an insurance issue. After many emails, calls etc. I was told the issue would be taken care of. A month ago (more than 13 months after ending treatment) I receive a notification I owe over $4,000 still. I wish I had never had anything to do with this place.
Edit: The number provided in the response does not work. It takes you to an automated response line for Dell EMC (if I heard it correctly)
