My basement oven caught fire in the middle of the night. I panicked & used the fire extinguisher on it & the police showed up & emptied another fire extinguisher onto it. The thing I didn't know about was the chemical dust damage the fire extinguishers caused until it was over. The fire department told me I was going to need a professional company for the clean up. Back years ago I used restore pro to help me with some jobs to prevent flooding damage so my mind went instantly to them. I called, got the answering service & Brian called me back in about 1 minute, if that. Said he would have a crew to my house 1st thing in the morning. The guys showed up bright & early & took 2 days & got the basement unit to look like nothing even happened. Granted I chucked the oven out along with an air purifier but everything else was saved & cleaned. Thank god for their service, they are the best.

When our chimney began leaking through into the living room ceiling there was an ugly looking patch that had to be restored; Brian and Mauricio came to the rescue! Instead of making us go through a complete ceiling demolition that is both messy and time consuming he made a new ceiling on top of the existing one and plastered it nicely to make it look almost exactly like the original. It only took under 48 hours to complete the project from start to finish! No dust, no inconvenience and hardly any time involved! The new ceiling looks beautiful! We are glad we trusted Mauricio and Brian to help us repair part of our living room ceiling and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a restoration done. Mauricio was professional and timely with this project, plus he has been doing this kind of restoration work for many years so we trusted him with the ceiling and the plastering. Thank you for fixing that patch that was bad to look at, with the new ceiling on top of it you can’t tell at all that it was ever there! Awesome!

Restore Pro has been a blessing to us and we are extremely grateful for their services. After many health issues and the discovery of mold in our old home, we were forced to move. We then needed to do mold testing and remediation before moving in to our new home. After huge financial costs due to our previous issue, we were able to form a reasonable payment plan to pay down the cost. Lisa in the office was very kind and worked with us to make this happen. From the estimate to the work, Brian and his team were extremely informative, professional, and hard working. With our time constraints for moving, they fit us in within a few days and Brian even drove through a snow storm to get the process started. The effects of mold can be toxic and dangerous for our health and their services truly made such a difference for us. They made a stressful process a lot easier to deal with. We highly recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them for any future needs.

An upstairs neighbors’ leak turned into a challenging time for me due to unintended dust and debris from an old plaster ceiling exposed during demolition. After 2 air quality tests and deep cleaning, the problem was resolved. My family is back to being comfortable in our home.

Had a huge & messy sewer backup in our big old house's basement caused by toilet overload. Called RestorePro for emergency service & they responded immediately. Their crew did a fantastic job of cleaning & disinfecting the area, removing carpeting, boxes, books & other contaminated items. They were super efficient, courteous & friendly - amazing considering the "crappy" job they were doing! The cost was reasonable & fair, & we decided to pay them directly, not use our homeowners insurance. Would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again - if needed!
