My husband & I had originally booked a condo in Sept but b/c of the hurricane we were cancelled. Resort Rentals reached out to the owner who graciously allowed us to reschedule our stay. The third night of our stay my husband became ill & was admitted to the hospital & transferred to MUSC the day after Christmas for emergency surgery. I unfortunately overlooked my husband’s fire stick hooked to the TV as I packed our belongings. The staff at Resort Rentals retrieved the fire stick as soon as my husband was able to notify them & mailed it to our home the very next day. I can’t begin to thank the staff for the concern & care they showed me during this unexpected emergency. We will never forget their kindness & highly recommend them to others.

Great layout, and perfect for family of 4. Lovely courtyard and ocean view. Centrally located for biking, walk to beach and restaurants, etc. Whirlpool bath was a hit.

Beware of Resort Rentals of HH.. We were booked for thanksgiving and they canceled us at the last minute from the rental we had booked. They offered us other accommodation within their company at a different place. Fortunately we know the island and were not prepared to go into inferior accommodation. They had nothing similar to offer us and they were not prepared to rent from another agency unless we paid any extra fees. They were extremely unhelpful and obnoxious, in the end we had to find other accommodation ourselves. Customer service is not in their repertoire, only $$$.

At first we thought we had rented to right place then we started having problems. We found that they had put dirty dishes back in the cabinets. Floors were filthy dirty. They could not get the parking passes for family members coming in late figured out I had to make several trips myself to the gate. Plumbing got backed up and we were without for a day and a half. It wasn't until I had to call several times before they offered to move us. After fixing the plumbing the plumbers cut our TV and internet for two days. They left holes in the walkway you had to step over when leaving and returning. After not being able to wash clothes for two days we asked for a late check out to finish and was met with resistance. Not very customer friendly.
Will never rent from them again.response / report this review -

I rented from them last year and it was great.. not perfect but I don't expect that. This year at 291 Turnberry was HORRIBLE! The villa was old, dirty, smelled disgusting! There was a leaf blower in the living room and every single air vent was black.. some had cobwebs hanging down from them. The carpet has big stains in multiple rooms and the couch should have been burned years ago. IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE! I immediately called Resort Rentals and they said they had nothing else to move us to. Mark Westbrook, broker in charge on July1 said to put my concerns in an email to him. Like anything would be fixed on a holiday weekend? We refused to check in and returned the keys immediately . We were lucky to reach Cindy at Sea Pines and she found us a lovely and clean condo for the week. Mark emailed me today saying we will not be getting a refund. I wish I had read the negative comments about this company before renting this unit and wasting 1700.00 dollars. Many people have posted similar stories about this company .. do yourself a favor and do not rent from them. They do not stand behind their Rentals and by the time you check in it is too late to get a refund. I will tell everyone I can about this experience to try and save others from going through this . Mark Westbrook told me that the 5 star business won't be impacted by negative reviews.. it's not 5 stars to begin with but hopefully people will see it for the poor excuse for a business that it is.

We have been visiting the island for 7 years and have stayed at many locations. We love the Lake Forest location, however, this year we stayed at a new unit (3361) and were very unhappy with the unit. We arrived for our normal two week vacation and were very disappointed in this unit. Compared to the other units we rent for equal or less money, this unit was in need of many updates and repairs. The deck has numerous nails popping through (danger), the railings are coming off of the deck, the toilets are constantly running, the air conditioner does not seem to run at night so we did not get a good night sleep on any night, and there are no curtains (privacy issue) in the living room for the guests which used the sofabed. Also, the kitchen is not stocked very well, there was no Rubbermaid for leftovers and pans did not sit on flat cooktop. This unit would not be suitable for children either as everything is glass and mirrors and no plastic wear for children in the kitchen. Needless to say we were very disappointed this year and will not rebook this unit in the future. Our normal unit was unavailable during our vacation time period this year, however, next year we will move our vacation back if necessary to get the better unit for the same price. I could go on and on about more items that were not accommodating to our family, however, I think I have said enough. Hilton Head is a great vacation spot for families just make sure you know what you are renting.

This is our family's 3rd year staying at Endless Summer, a beautiful, spacious 8 bedroom ocean front home. For almost 30 years before that time, our extended families had vacationed together in Palmetto Dunes; however, as the kids married and had babies of their own - we ran out of space! We love so much about this home - the amount of room we have to spread out if we need some quiet time, or small group time, as well as the large family areas upstair and downstairs that accommodate large family gatherings. The pool is a great size, there are wonderful outdoor spaces on the upper deck and right outside the ground level that leads to the pool and, of course, we love the beachfront! Resort Rentals of HHI have been very organized, accommodating, quick to answer the inevitable service calls and professional and friendly.

We stayed at this condo the last week of April 2017. Prior to booking and after, I had contact with the owner who was incredibly helpful . The condo is very well kept , clean and centrally located on the island. The condo sits on a lagoon with a water fountain which is very peaceful. Its takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach; a never-ending beach! This was our first trip to Hilton Head, we hope to be back. Thanks Rhonda!

As remote owners​ (and a novice second home owners) Resort Rentals has been an invaluable resource for us. They are extremely well connected locally with every imaginable trade as well as being very experienced and knowledgeable. Given the many properties that they manage we are always surprised how well they know the intricate details of our property without having to stop and think. Above all they always answer our emails very quickly with 'Yes, that won't be a problem'.
