I would give negative stars if that was an option. Their commercial property management is horrible. Rented a retail space in a plaza from them from 2019-2022 and had constant issues with multiple leaks, mold, water damage, and piss poor maintenance all around. Bob Smith is the leader on this particular team and his communications skills ( both written and verbal) are below basic and extremely harsh. He is more combative than helpful.
