The service was good, the bedding with clean mattresses and towels. Although my favorite part was the breakfast in the morning. The waffles are really good and none of the food is nasty or out of date

This hotel is awesome! Clean, spacious rooms and amazingly friendly staff! I have stayed at this Residence Inn a few times recently and they really do have amazing people that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I was a bit late for the dinner they offer, but when I walked through the door, they offered me dinner and a drink, which is just what I needed after a day at work! I would highly recommend this hotel!

I was there in July for a week and returned August 15 because John was very pleasant. John was forced to quit. I travel 30 days at a time and extend up to 90 days. This time I noticed many things wrong.
A lady got bed bugs in room 320. When she told the GM (Matthew Baron) he did not follow through. I read a review that it happened to a lady two months ago. This means the problem is not solved.
The dinners are limited. On hamburger night they ran out of lettuce and tomatoes by 6:30 when dinner goes until 7:30. Fruit is not available for breakfast on the weekends and they run out early during the week.
The pool is cold. More cold than other hotels. The spa broke over a week ago and it is still not fixed. A group of teenagers showed up with speakers and played music. When I told the front desk I was told they go there yearly. Mom just stood there. I pay them $99 for 30 days. This is a steady income for them. Cutting corners, staff hours and not fixing items generates a bonus. I feel the GM is after a bonus. When I mentioned why I was leaving no one could blame me. A sign that there is some truth to my guess. I stayed long enough. :(

Very nice place with all of the amenities and space that a business traveler needs. My room is huge, two rooms with a well equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator and an air conditioner that really does the job - I like my rooms cold. There's a pool, hot tub, nice exercise room, a full hot breakfast and a meal/sizeable snack most evenings. I'm very pleased with this place.

We have stayed here twice when in town for the state swim championships, once in 2016 and once in 2017. This last time, March 17 - 19 was not near as good as the first. Noisy rooms, low on supplies and dirtier than I remember breakfast area.

The main reason for my low rating is that we left in the early morning hours of the 19th to get to the pool for warm ups (late check out was not available) and my daughter left a cherished item behind. By the time we realized it later that night we were back home a few hours away. I called immediately and was told that they had found it. They took my credit card number and I was told they would ship it out to me as a courtesy. They have my credit card number and I offered to pay for the shipping. Here we are almost TWO MONTHS later and I still don't have the item. I've called to follow up THREE times and have gotten a different answer each time. "It's in a box ready to go but we lost your name, we only ship out when we have a bunch of things to send, and we'll ship it out tomorrow" (that was three weeks ago). I called to follow up a fourth time today and the phone just rings busy - for the last hour. Not the kind of customer service I expect, considering I gave my credit card and offered to PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. I'm a Marriott Rewards member with 10 - 15 stays a year.

It is just a few turns off the exit. Friendly staff that was able to accommodate with efficiency a minor mix up about the number of beds we expected. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bagels, juice, milk, and coffee. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen area that includes a coffee pot, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. They have a pool, workout room, and an outdoor fire pit. Overall a nice value for the money.

Although I'm only here for a short stay, I wanted the extra space that this facility usually allows. And I was not disappointed there. I walked right into a nice one bedroom efficiency that allows me to keep my "work space" separate from my "sleeping space. And I love that.

They have all of the amenities that I require.. 24 hr gym, pool, free wifi, and breakfast (which was really good), and the space was quiet. The staff was very helpful, and I feel welcome everything I exit and return through the lobby.

The location is close to restaurants and shopping, and I enjoyed being close to everything. My only complaint (which really isn't directed towards Marriott properties) is "getting to the entance" via GPS. I was a little confused since my GPS attempted to guide me down a one-way street. But I inquired about it with staff, and they helped out.

This is a great family hotel with kids. The beds are super comfy. The rooms are nicely laid out with suites. I like how the pull out sofa has an extra side seat. Breakfast was pretty good. The shower heads could be updated. The staff accomodated us with extra towels and pillows. A great stay.
