Location was convenient and easy to find. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff were happy and helpful. Pool and workout room were well equipped and clean. A few bucks more than the others locally, but worth it for a problem free stay.

Food was good. Not much interaction with staff so I am neutral. I was there for a seminar so only in a conference room-clean. Restroom was very clean & nice.

Nice hotel. Staff is wonderful. My toilet was broken, they came to fix it and it broke again, not good. Stains on the bed spread. the room setup is not good, the bathroom door is to close to the room door. No towels in the pool area. The breakfast was ok. The surrounding area is very nice. I will not visit again. Many hotels priced the same with better experiences.

I have to say I was surprised by how friendly the staff is. I had a great experience. Mia! Mia! Mia! She was the BEST! I came down for breakfast and asked to soy or dairy free milk. They didn't have it BUT the NEXT day she made sure they had Almond Milk just me little ole me! What a great staff they have here

Staff was friendly and the room was well kept and clean. The bathroom in the double bed room was small but still functional. The breakfast is not included. Costs $9.95 plus taxes and gratitude. It is a all you can eat buffet. My party and I decided to go to the Bob Evans right next door instead.

Nice, recently remodeled rooms. Breakfast is normal HGI fare, and service was very friendly. Easy access to to toll road is also a plus.

I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a positive experience. This last time tho, was the best. They are renovating and there was construction noise and some inconvenience (hence the 4 rating rather than 5) but the newly renovated rooms are gorgeous and so comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They dealt with multiple conferences as well as a tour bus full of people on their way to a robotics convention. It was awesome.

I loved being able to use the digital check in. I ensured I had the room I wanted and I didn't spend any time at the check in desk. The hotel is clean and the room was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Stopped in for a quick sleep on a road trip. Very comfortable sleep number style beds. Very nice modern open lobby and above par, extra functional rooms. The Hilton garden inn certainly served its purpose well.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton garden inn because we were stranded sure to a snow storm. After a harrowing, hour long white knuckled drive we knew we had to pull over. This hotel was the only place to do so. I was traveling with my wife, 2 young kids and dog. We were uncertain of the policy for dogs at this hotel, but I it was 3AM and the road conditions were terrible.

Upon entering we were greeted by Alicia who assured us that she had space. When we told her about our dog she paused for a moment and then decided to put us in a corner near an entrance/exit in case he needed to use the bathroom. I asked about a deposit or pet fee and she said she didn't know because they don't allow dogs normally.

This experience was indicative of our stay. The staff here did what they need to do to make your stay exceptional. They are able to interpret their policies to make a decision that is the correct moral one. It was like 0 degrees and snow accumulation of around 2"/hour. Our dog cold not stay in the car and we couldn't go anywhere else.
