For a residence inn it was great. Only thing I wasn't expecting is it's right next to working train tracks. And trains do go by.

Perfectly comfortable hotel. Nothing fancy but entirely comfortable. Free breakfast is decent. Rooms are spacious. Fitness room lacking. It’s quite small. But the area is near a trail so you can get a run in easily.

Free breakfast, nice rooms, excellent service. As they say in real estate, location location location. This place has it. Bars, coffee, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. I would not stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were big and comfortable with a kitchenette. Ice maker was in the refrigerator, which was great. The bathrooms were pretty basic, though.
The lobby area was nice with a good quality complimentary breakfast buffet. The pool area was well done and included a nice hot tub and Sportcourt.
The location was also outstanding being walking distance to everything in the theatre district.
We will definitely stay here again. Only complaints: 1. you have to use your room key to go just about anywhere and a couple of the door pads didn't work. 2. The lobby computer was locked up and unusable to print something we needed printed.response / report this review -

Perfect location. Close to our favorite stores and fabulous restaurants. Highly recommend a stay here. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay here lots of close restaurants and shopping. Trinity park is within walking distance with access to Fort Worth's extensive walking trails. Just a short drive from downtown, museum district, zoo, and TCU. The staff was wonderful and the complementary breakfast was a good start to my day.

Very nice Residence Inn downtown Fort Worth in a very trendy area. Would have given 5 Stars but my TV was not working which I Reported by they never came to fix it. I reported this on a Saturday and I was informed that nothing would get done until probably Monday. Which is too late since I am checking out on Monday. I am an extensive traveler and have had tv's go out before but which was either fixed or replaced ASAP.

The lobby is spacious and clean, with a cozy work area set aside for conducting business. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a good working knowledge of the area surrounding the hotel. The rooms are well laid out and tidy, with a good "apartment" feel to them. Also, pets are welcome, so long as they are out if the room or crated when housekeeping comes by to clean. Located just next to the cultural district and lots of restaurants and nightlife options, as well as Trinity Park and its running trails.

Every time I visit this hotel, I'm greeted by friendly staff and a studio suite. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings have some kind of grilled item, beer, wine, and some other snacks. Breakfast is stages by more friendly employees and contains the normal items, scrambled eggs, usually grapes and strawberries, and a rotation of at least spicy sliced sausage links, sausage patties, and bacon. Being greeted by the front desk staff when coming back from anywhere is nice, and they are happy to help with recommendations in the area. I've never had a negative experience here.

Really nice rooms and staff!!! Our room was pretty close to the train.. and so we heard it well. Awesome breakfast, close to lots of food, even in walking. Right in downtown

Staff was tremendous. Friendly and helpful. Food was well prepared and quickly served. Rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning and restocking the room amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
