We brought our 5 yo here for an overnight stay, because he loves hotels so much. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I told them it was part of my kid's Christmas gift they offered to make him his own room key. The indoor pool facility is spotless. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I'd recommend this location to any one.

Hotel only has two cribs for five floors of rooms; I counted 3 babies at breakfast. Hotel also has thin walls and you can hear your neighbors talking. Other than that the hotel has a decent breakfast, comfy beds, and operates a free shuttle. The good and bad add up to three stars in my opinion.

This is my 2nd stay here and always enjoy my stay. Rooms are clean and not worried about the size of them cause who really stays in their room while in Fort Worth?! Beds are comfy and unlike many places ive stayed they have full size pillows. Soft at that! I really only eat the pancakes and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and they are always good to me. The shuttle is very convenient and very friendly driver. The staff is very friendly and fun which makes for a much better stay. Overall i would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here when I was in Fort Worth and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The shuttle service took me to places downtown very quickly. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!!!

I was trying to book a room for a wedding and immediately noticed that it was for the wrong date. I called right after and spoke to Patrick the manager and was treated like garbage. I asked him if he could adjust the dates or refund my money so I can re book and he said there is nothing that he could do and that I was screwed. I ask for his first and last name and he told me I didn't need that information. I hope that it was a recorded line so corporate can handle the situation. He provided the worst customer service. I was blown away by the way he represented Holiday Inn and I will be contacting my bank for a refund since Holiday Inn and the manager provided me with zero service.

We stayed at this hotel for a week for a conference. I have never written a review before, but wanted to express how convienent the location was and the shuttle is such a great perk! The complimentary shuttle will take you anywhere within 3 miles and pick you up as well. The complimentary morning breakfast had great choices and the cinnamon rolls were great. The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay even better. The people who complain about little things like the elevator being slow or the rooms smelling are picky people who dont realize that they did not reserve a 5 star hotel. You can reserve a Holiday Inn and expect it to be perfect - however, this hotel was perfect for us and they did a great job! Very impressed!

Very nice staff. In the heart of downtown Ft. Worth just minutes away from great shopping and dining. They have breakfast bar in the mornings, a nice fitness center and an indoor pool. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Elevators are PAINFULLY slow. Takes a full 5 minutes to wait for a lift then to get to the parking level. Even if you take the stairs to avoid it, you're stuck at an emergency exit and are forced to use the elevator for the last floor. Staff is nice, hotel is clean. Rooms are very small. My toilet didn't flush, iron left a stain on my shirt. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Eggs like burnt plastic, black bananas. It's the little things that added up which made it miserable.

Nice place. Clean room. No frills though. Would recommend to anybody who wants a basic room to stay close to downtown Ft. Worth, but definitely not a place for a date night.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. However what I enjoyed most was the free shuttle that the hotel provided making our coming to and from the convention center so easy. I will be back.

Rooms were just what was needed gor a pleasant stay, nothing extraordinary but well kept. Staff was friendly although seemed front desk could use more help at times. Breakfast was less than desirable. Shuttle driver, David, was friendly and welcoming. Pool, although heated, was too cold for my children to enjoy. Location was perfectly located in the downtown area.

Front staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were clean. The breakfast had more variety than most places. They had a guy monitoring the food and quickly replaced it when items got low. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay so we could attend an event. We weren't disappointed.
