Excellent. I've stayed here years before and it amazes me how well this hotel has stood up. Rooms are not worn, lobby area is still fresh and clean. Came here for the pool for kids and they loved it. Would definitely recommend for travel with or without kids. Very fair pricing for stay and food. Staff is excellent.

Really nice place! Great swimming pool area and good service. Room could have been a bit more modern to get that 5 star, pillows we're flat and the bed is too firm, but it was a good stay.

Stayed in a handicap accessible room with my dad. Very roomy, more than enough to get around in a wheelchair. Room was spotless. Bathroom was of course also handicap accessible, including the shower. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing, as you have to pay extra for cooked anything besides toast or hard boiled eggs. Staff was excellent as well, chatting with us and even walked us to our room to ensure the keys worked properly.

Nice, clean upscale hotel in the heart of ft worth. I've stayed at this hotel several times and every time I've stayed I've been very impressed with the facilities. I will stay here each time I come in a Fort Worth as I enjoy the breakfast, the rooms, and the kid-friendly pools.

This is a very nice hotel the best thing about it is the staff. It is easy to spot from the freeway, but actually getting to it is awkward. There is no surface parking, all overnight parking is in a parking deck very close. That said it's all very nice. The breakfast is not free but the staff is very attentive. Ours was a pleasant stay.

Super friendly staff willing to help out with a bunch of questions we had. Rooms were very nice with comfy beds and pillow. Room was freezing cold and thermostat didn't change that much. Bathroom was a bit on the small side but not terrible. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area for the Medical Center

My wife and son spent the night there recently. They were pampered and treated really well. Keyshawn (at the front desk) especially went up and above to provide exceptional service for them. They enjoyed everything immensely from the room to the pool to the wonderful breakfast. Great place to stay for sure!!

We held a family reunion at the Hilton Garden. It's a very elegant facility. The conference room is very Texas and fit in great with our family reunion them. The staff was timely and accommodating. The catering service provided delicious food. It was the 2nd time we used this hotel to host our family reunion.

The lobby staff was helpful in directing me to a meeting we were attending and the area was very clean and had a modern appearance. We were offered water and coffee and the meeting room was nice with adjustable lighting.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious with plenty of in-room amenities. Breakfast was good and affordable. The directions for parking were a little confusing. Overall it was a good experience.

Very clean. Be careful booking through third party. Paid for a suite for a group of friends only to find out when I got there that they don't even have suites.

Great place but the staff is slow. I asked for one piece of silver where and it took 4 people to get it. The tables where dirty and sticky. There was not enough tables and they needed more people working. The elevators barley work. But the rooms are nice..

This hotel was attractive, clean, located perfectly for our needs, safe, and reasonably priced, but the most outstanding quality was the staff. Everyone we encountered was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again
