Incorrect billing! I reserved a room with points and noticed a hold on my credit card. The hold turned into a charge (this never happens) so I called the hotel to inquire. They advised that it is still a hold and it could be removed. I notice on the recepeipt that the hold was actually an incorrect charge and called back. The person at the front desk said it was incorrect and advised it should be back in my account in TEN business days. I asked to speak to the manager and she says "he's just going to tell you the same thing". I would not recommend this hotel. I have been a loyal diamond member with Hilton for years and this has never happened before. I wonder how many others were "incorrectly charges" and never knew it?

Room kind of had a weird smell, but it disappeared by day 3 despite them not entering my room. Breakfast was great (despite what seemed to be inconsistent pricing), dinner not so much. The plates were very inconsistent, the salmon overcooked, and the kitchen struggled with our orders to the point that they just put all the sides on the plate haphazardly. It also took around an hour to get our food. But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, it didn't seem like the walls were thin, and all the employees were nice. I really only deducted a star for our dinner experiences.

They were very helpful and nice at the front desk when we first arrived. As well the shuttle driver was amazing and super friendly. Made our stay a lot more comforting and homey. The hotel was really out of the way for us, but was worth it in the end with the wonderful customer service we received.

Housekeeping isn't the best.

The convention room was nice and comfortable. Plenty of good snacks, pastries, and coffee was good. However, when they started cooking lunch, the place filled up with smoke. For lunch they served hamburgers, hotdogs, and potato salad. I don't eat meat, and they had no vegetarian options, so I had a potato salad sandwich with all the burger trimmings. Oddly, it wasn't bad. I would have preferred a veggie Patty though.

Nice lobby and great staff. Room was a little dirty, like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Bed was OK. The layout was strange and the TVs were way smaller than advertised. Living area furniture was uncomfortable. Pool was nice, and the hot tub was great. The indoor part gets loud if there are more than 3 people, especially with children. Breakfast was too pricey so we didn't stay for that.

Hotel was nice enough. Most of the Garden Inn locations are the same. Cookies available when you get back from work. Good breakfast here, though it's not serve yourself which can make for long order lines in the morning, but better overall quality of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The doorlock on my door was old and didn't work well. I had to try a few times to get the door to open. Also, my room didn't have a shower curtain so I got the floor super wet each morning. Just used the extra towels though. Overalldescent stay but could use some updating in the rooms.

Once you get past the construction in the area which seamed to be everywhere, my stay was really quite enjoyable. The hotel has 2 pools and a hot tub.. What really made it a great stay was the customer service I received, it was impeccable due mainly to the front desk agent, Sarah! She was just wonderful, helping me out with anything & everything I needed or had questions about. She really knows her stuff and should b recommended for a promotion!

Really disappointed with the service in the restaurant here. I travel all around the country and always stay in Hilton's. This was the worst.

The room I had gotten for the weekend was very clean and spacious for 2 people. The employees were one of the friendliest as they greeted me and asked how my stay was as I was walking around the hotel. Although my stay was short, the time I had spent at Hilton had convinced me to stay only at Hilton hotels whenever I travel.

Excellent customer service! We had a couple of issues with the room on our first night, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. No arguments or questions, just solutions and action. No need to change rooms or move to another hotel for the rest of our stay in Fort Worth. Very friendly, accommodating staff in a clean and welcoming establishment.
