Hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are nice and comfy. At breakfast the staff is outstanding and go above and beyond by asking you if everything is good, if you need anything, how your doing, its quite impressive. They have special food-centered night Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Booked a hotel room for a two night stay and found on the first night not only dirty towels hanging behind the door but hair left on the floor as well from a previous occupant. To make matters worse, I learned on day two if you place a sign on the door asking for the cleaning crew to come back at a later time (they were on our floor (2nd) at 9 am although check-out isn’t until 12) because you’re still getting dressed they will completely bypass your room and not come back to clean it even if you took the hanger off within 30 minutes. We left and came back at 12 p.m., no service; just got back at 5:15 pm, still no service. Spoke with Mike at the front desk and all he could tell us that hotel policy is that if something is hanging on the door they don’t come back. Why have the side that asks if to come back later if you’re not actually going to do it? Completely disappointed and will not return to this location.

I have stayed at this place quite a few times in the past year. I have a rental home in Columbia and live out of town.
But this last stay I was a bit disappointed. I had booked a king size bed on the 1st floor, and I was given a queen size bed with a king size headboard on the first floor but next to the stairs. We could hear people running up and down the stairs. Also the people upstairs were very noisy running and jumping. The room was clean and had full size appliances in the kitchen with dinnerware provided. Small bar with 2 stools for table. Desk and a very comfortable sofa . We didn't make the sofa bed, but slept on the sofa. Nice television but the system wasn't working properly but we were able to access the channels. I was charged a $75.00 pet fee. When I stayed last year at least I was given some poop bags. This time I had to provide my own. The fee is a lot higher than most and I highly doubt anything different happened after I left the room, as far as cleaning.
We left before breakfast was served, but in the past they did have a very nice breakfast and the staff was very nice.
The property is very nice fairly well taken care of. Although there is a lot dog feces from people not picking up after their pets. There is a nice fit pit outside by the pool. Plenty of parking. Cracker Barrel is located right next door too. There a few other fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Nice rooms. The pizza delivery girl was amazed that it was like a small apartment. It's great to have all the normal household ammenities, fridge, sink, dishes and silverware. Toaster microwave and even a small dining area. Comfy bed, dressers, and a closet. Clean too. Desk staff was corteous and helpful. Rooms on the back are the quietest.

I really enjoyed my overnight stay. The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. The mattress was lush and like sleeping in a cloud. I was surprised that they offered a full breakfast on a week day. I would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms but smelled like dog's in the room and the floor was real wet found a big water bug in it and the pillows looked dirty on the couch.

I never write bad reviews but this hotel upset me so bad, I just had to. I had a reservation for a 2 room suite. I show up with my 2 children and niece. There was a problem with the room I reserved, so my reservation had been changed to 2 rooms that weren't adjoining. Obviously that wouldn't work for me. What appalled me the most, was their attitude. The front clerk and the manager acted like they were doing me a favor. It wasn't until I call the 1-800 number for Marriot that this hotel tried to find me a suitable room at another location. 2 hours later, after missing dinner with my family, another hotel was able to accommodate me. I wasted time and gas and was treated like I don't matter. I guess a loyal customer means nothing these days. I will never stay there again.

The room was as big as I expect except for the wood and and furniture seems cheap and flimsey. There is a door between the bedroom and living spaces which I feel just makes both spaces feel smaller. The kitchen is as nice as you'd expect. The website says it has ovens, but it's a 4 burner range, microwave, full size fridge and dishwasher. Price for amenities I'd totally worth it though.
