Barbara at the front dedk was very helpful.
We had a issue with the heater that suffered from a lack of maintenance. Filters totalky blocked.
The owner came and vaccuuned as well as could be done, but we realized by morning that there was mold in the unit which is not removed by mechanical cleaning.
Mold around the shower door as well.
Nice enough place, but they need better cleaning.

BED BUGS..Do NOT stay here!
I was bitten by BED BUGS during my stay. The hotel manager, Rajesh Sachania was made aware via phone at 1:48a when the incident occurred, but would not speak with me about the incident until I sent a formal hotel incident report the following day. I had an allergic reaction to the bugs and had to seek attention and care at an urgent care facility. My co-worker and I incurred several expenses and loss of work due to this incident.
Rajesh Sachania (Raj), the manager responded in a very nasty tone during our email exchanges. During those exchanges, he ADMITTED he was familiar with these situations and CONTRADICTED himself several times as to how these incidents are handled per hotel policy. He also had Eco-Lab pest control (what he said was a 3rd party but has an ongoing relationship account with) come in 4 days after the incident (after he received my official hotel incident report and request to be reimbursed for incurred expenses) to inspect the room and of course they stated no bed bugs were found although I have photos showing otherwise.
I have read reviews from others stating they have also encountered BED BUGS at this hotel.
Please find somewhere else to stay and DO NOT give this hotel/manager any more business.response / report this review -

I've honestly stayed in cleaner, but cheaper hotels. We stayed here while my aunt was having surgery in columbia. I woke up to 2 bed bugs and I freaked out. I squished them to make sure and sure enough, my blood showed bright red. There were cockroaches in the bathroom area. There was some blood stain on the wall. Honestly I just wanted to leave so bad but my mom is so nice I was stuck. I wouldn't come here. Their lobby is really nice but don't be fooled. Their room is horrendous and they need a bug clean out. I can't believe I had bed bugs eating me! I attached my pictures to the reviews.

I don't recommend this. As we arrived they told us that we had said we have a AAA membership and that if we don't we will have to pay more. We did that, we went to our room and everything seemed fine, there was a weird smell. But the bathroom bad mold near the shower and it just didn't seem right. The pool looks NOTHING like the picture and in fact it was dirty and we were told it was closed because it was "windy" but it wasn't at all. We then seen people in it and the lady proceeded to say "swim at your own risk." On the way back to our room there was the ceiling that was rotting out. The sheets had stuff on them and it was overall a bad experience from the start. This is our first day here and I'm here to see my brother graduate boot camp. We're staying here with no internet since the girl said the weather messed it up which nothing was wrong with the weather and that there was nothing they could do. My mom paid almost $300 for two nights. Originally only supposed to be $167. They have 3.7 star so I figured it was nice. I'm just disappointed and the staff are no help.

The location was awesome. Conveniently located in Columbia for my family's Total Eclipse Viewing! Room was good. The air wasn't operating correctly in the morning But I did not call maintenance because we were checking out. Only affected for an hour. Front desk clerk was knowledgeable on the local area.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. My room had a stand up shower, which for being on the run was much more convent. I would recommend this hotel if you are a person who travels a lot.

Rooms were clean bathroom was small but oversized shower. Staff was friendly typical free breakfast eggs sausage yogurts Bagels sausage and gravy. Nothing to get overly excited about but perfect for a fast over night stop

The hotel employees were very nice. Breakfast was fine. However the rooms were small. Our shower water was cold and I called down to the front desk to be told to turn on the hot water in the sink to make the water turn hot. Which it did work. However there was not a bath in the room only a stand up shower. The Bed was hard as a rock.

This place gave a key to my room to a complete stranger! It was just me and my kids so I was very scared. Something bad could've happened and thank goodness it turned out alright. I will not stay in this hotel again.
