As a rewards member paying 200$ a night for a suite. This hotel was disgusting and not worth the stay. Found cigarettes under the bed. Multiple stains on mattress and covers. Staff loudly arguing outside my room at very early morning hours. On different occassions the front desk staff was very rude and disgustingly mean. Skip this hotel if you want to sleep with peace of mind knowing your room is actually clean and the staff will treat you like a human.

My stay was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My room was fully stocked and very clean. Great view over the harbor. Within walking distance of good dining.

The staff is super friendly and down to earth, most importantly helpful! I will definitely come back. The only thing with this location is parking is not free.

Enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn by Marriot Boston! Breakfast was great, and went later then most hotels I've stayed at! The rooms were nice and clean. They even let us check in early because our flight got in earlier then expected, which we really appreciated!

Extremely rude customer service. The girl with orange hair that works at the front desk was repeatedly rude to me and my family. This lady was rude when we checked in, she argued with us about getting a 4pm check out, even though we are platinum Ritz Carlton members. We had 3 rooms booked. My brother stayed a day longer and my dad tried to ring my brother's room because he is type-1 diabetic and his sugar was dangerously low. He called the front desk, the lady with orange hair answered and my dad explained that he needed to ring his room and it was a medical emergency. She hung up the phone and when we called back she argued with my dad and wouldn't ring the room!!!
We visit Boston all the time. We will never return to this hotel. I am a platinum Ritz Carlton member and I am very disappointed in the service we received. The lady with orange hair needs to find a new job because she clearly has ZERO respect for her paying customers.

Great hotel in a quiet area. Free breakfast. Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Separate kitchenette with microwave and fridge freezer and dishwasher. Lounge area with sofa, chairs and TV. I fully recommend this hotel. There is a cheap ferry to Boston centre within walking distance.

We spent 1 night while in Charlestown, we can only praise in every aspect. The Breakfast area is superb. Personnel is top notch. Can't say enough nice things about this one Marriott property, compared to others.

The room was nice, but a bit out-dated. Price was decent considering the area.

The service at the front desk was acceptable, but not nearly as great as most other Marriotts I have stayed at.

The valet service was my only real problem. The valet worker was rude when I asked him a question about where to pull up my car. He then allowed me to get out of the car and take out all my luggage before recommending I park at the lot next door if I did not need my car for the day because that lot was cheaper. I appreciate the recommendation, but it was a very confusing situation and it ended up taking about 30 minutes to get my car parked.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

So far, everything has been really nice. The room is clean, comfortable, and even has its own mini kitchen. We have asked for several things to be brought up to the room while we have been here and the staff has been prompt and pleasant. Amenities were good. The breakfast was a nice mixture of things both got and cold. There was an evening snack bar mixer. The pool was warm enough that I could take the little ones in comfortably. Overall a good experience I would definitely stay here again.

Attended a meet and greet for the Hypersomnia Foundation. The meeting room and eating area was very nice and comfortable for the meeting. The coffee and tea provided by the hotel was nice. The area seemed clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed there for the Home base program (Military Vet). It was all around a very great stay. Dottie at front desk was amazing. She went out of her just to make me feel comfortable (finding a fan so I can sleep). The breakfast is great, with variety of all sorts of food. Very clean room and the housekeeper was super sweet!!! Beds, towels, bath, breakfast & all deserves more than 5☆. Thank you Dottie and to the rest of your hotel team (including maintenance and valet employees) From 1st SGT Davis & Family

Friendly staff will take time to help you enjoy your stay. From phone call reservations to the best places to eat lobster rolls. Very comfortable rooms and hot breakfasting in a superb location. I'll stay here again whenever my wife and I can afford to splurge on a fantastic city like Boston.

Went to Boston with my cousin for a couple days. We weren't to familiar with the area or the festivities around. We stayed here for the night and it was AMAZING. We had a beautiful room, good breakfast in the morning, and relaxed in the hot tub for awhile. We also were referenced to many cool locations and restaurants. The front office supervisor Dottie was one of the sweetest women we have ever met in our lives and helped us with several things during our stay. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to go back for a couple nights in a few weeks!
