We have bought several pieces of furniture at Jordan’s over the past few months and every time we visited the store we were impressed with the staff. They are all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable which made the experience so nice.
The delivery of the furniture was amazing. Every effort was made to be careful not to damage anything and also every piece of furniture was fitted with an abundance of felt pads to protect our floors.
And of course, the furniture is beautiful.
Jordan’s is our new “Go To” place for furnishings.

Jordan's is tough on one hand, the Enchanted Village, LITE show, and Polar Express are all very enjoyable for children of all ages, 1-92. On the other hand, the furniture is decent but overpriced. Also, the fact they make you walk through the entire store (practically), after the LITE show is over to leave the building is a sham.

Marshall's blueberry muffins are delicious. They are the saving grace. Merry Christmas (happy holidays).

Delivery - I called to see what time my new bedroom set would be delivered and the lady that answered the phone was not helpful or nice! She told me I have absolutely no control of the time of delivery. I can change the day but basically you get what you get for a time frame and that's it. I thought that was not right and I also thought I would get better service than that, I am a single mother of 2 young girls, I work full time and it's very hard to leave work so I just wanted to be able to choose a morning delivery but NO you get what you get. You think Jordan's Furniture would be able to work with someone that just spent thousands of dollars there. Who ever answered the phone needs to be able to be more helpful so sure.

My partner and I went for some furniture shopping. We wanted to have couch and bed along with mattress. Eugene was excellent from start to the end accommodating us. Then went to the Sleep Lab to get mattress, Jim was funny yet very professional explaining about the mattress and we found the one we want to sleep on every night. The day after, we wanted to add few more furniture and this time Elizabeth helped us. She was as equally as accommodating us and very patient. It was one of my best furniture shopping experiences. No pressure was added onto us, but they were very patient and gave us all the suggestions and answers we needed! We recommend to shop at Jordan's to everyone I know!

I went to purchase a new bed and frame on 11/11 and was helped by Ellen in the sleep lab. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me options. I then went to the upstairs bed area to look at a few different frames and found one that I liked. Ellen helped me to get a bed and Greg helped me with the frame upstairs. I had a delivery set up for 11/25 and was called twice to remind me and once with a more definitive timeline of 7:00-10:00am that Saturday. I received a call from the delivery team at 7:09 that they would be arriving within 30 minutes and they arrived at my house by 7:20. The bed was all set up and the delivery team was gone by 7:40! The bed is just what I was looking for and is so comfortable, I never want to get out of it! I would highly recommend going to Jordan's!

I just accompanied a close friend of mine on his mission to find a new bed. This would be the second time at Jordan's in about a year that we went browsing. This time, we worked with John Laughter, who not only helped us make a decision, but also taught us HOW to make the RIGHT choice, and how to tell which beds worked for our bodies specifically. The entire experience was extremely informative, helpful and so very comfortable. John wasn't pushy at all, he was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable, and he provided the perfect balance of space and expertise. John answered all of our questions skillfully and he used well-formulated questions to help steer us in the direction to narrow down options until we found the perfect product. Not only do I strongly suggest Jordan's Furniture, I also very VERY strongly suggest requesting the guidance of John Laughter specifically. Thanks, John!!

The staff were very friendly, and the experience was great. I purchased a living room set, and realized once I returned home that I didn't take into consideration the diameter of the sofa. One quick phone call, and they were able to fix my order before they ship it out. No pressure sale, good experience.

Purchased a sectional from Jordan's. In one week it looked like my house was a chicken coupon. There was feathers EVERYWHERE! Everytime you sit down you get poked and stabbed. I called them and was told that they could either send me an extra cover or i could return it but loose most of my money The cover doesn't work. You can definitely find a better quality sectional for half the price. I tried leaving a review 5 times on the couch but it never shows up.

Generally I have always had good luck here. Sales people are usually nice, not pushy. This time I felt like I was putting the women in the clearance center out by asking questions. The woman in the main sales floor was more helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn't find exactly what we needed this trip.

Came here in search of a new mattress and bed frame. Gary in the sleep lab helped us out with the mattress and it was a great experience! You could tell he knows what he's doing and made some really great recommendations after measuring how my husband and I both sleep. He was really good at explaining all the different options available with the mattress we ended up choosing. We also ended up with a new recliner from the Outlet section of the store. There were a lot of really great options down there. They were able to schedule delivery to our home for everything we ended up purchasing for later that week. Once our information was in their system, the process of ordering from different sections of the store was very easy.

Lots of fun to just wander and drool. Great bargain section with fabulous prices to fit within your checkbook. My leather sofa, love seat and tables are 22 years old, still look great and are as comfortable as you could ask for. My extra firm 1 year old mattress is a dream! I love the Magnolia collection! Jordan's is fun!

Got a good deal on a coach in the discount/ clearance warehouse section. I do feel though that the prices on most Items in the main store are pretty overpriced. The salesperson I got (I think his name was Mark) was very helpful and emailed me several times after purchase to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Overall the coach looks good and no issues with it yet.

This place has been around for decades. Great experience in the store. Was not pushed to talk to a salesperson until I was ready. Salesperson was helpful through the buying process. Found all of the items in store that we saw online. Good options for color selections on sofas.

Family Friendly.
I love the furniture that this store carries, It is too pricey for my taste. I bring my girls here to enjoy Santa's Village and the famous indoor ice rink. They love this place, the rink is very affordable only $5 dollars per rental and you can be in the rink for for no extra charge. The also have the MOM theater with moving chairs which is super cool.
