The hotel suite was clean and tidy and very quiet. Its location made getting around Atlanta very easy. Also the small Thanksgiving meal they provided was delicious and it was a great touch. However the breakfast left much to be desired and the lack of switch controlled lighting was inconvenient. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

    Home away from home.

I see my initial 5 star showed as a one star, that was an error in entry. Residence Inn ATL Airport North has been a 5 star for me with amazing staff especially Kameelah. I am always at home here.

Thank you everyone at Residence Inn for making this property my home away from home, thank you and GOD bless you.

I prepaid for a room and they gave me a handicapped room. I called the front desk to change rooms. The desk agent, Ruth was VERY rude. She told me that she couldn’t accommodate me. I asked to speak with her manager and she told me that she needed to tend to the guests in front of her and would call back and hung up without saying goodbye or apologizing. I never got a return call. I will never stay at this hotel again. Customer service means a lot and I don’t stay where service sucks. Needless to say, I left and went to Hilton and had a wonderful experience there.

Spent a night at the Residence Inn Atlanta Airport in anticipation of an early international flight. Staff is friendly and the hotel offers "meet and greets" including free food, wine, and beer in the lobby (at least, they did the night we were there though I didn't attend). The room is spacious with a nice kitchen area if you're staying long-term. We did not, but the space and included kitchen items didn't go unnoticed. The bed is comfortable. TV was nice. There's a comfortable "living room" area, which is a bonus if you're used to hotel travel and hate having only a bed/desk to sit on/at. The location is convenient to several local eateries (and a delicious local noodle spot) and to the airport/airport parking, which was why I selected it. Check in and out was easy and the price per night was comparable to other smaller rooms in the area. The biggest complaint I have is that this is like apartment living. If you're sensitive to noise, ask for an upstairs room. We heard the person above us throughout our one night stay. Overall, good value for the price.

Refreshing interiors, helpful & friendly staff. Being close to the interstate and airport is a plus. Multiple floors without an apparent elevator can be problematic for luggage. I'm happy and would stay again.

Super nice employee's. The bus didn't show up to go to the airport and they called lift for us. Seems like they will bend over backwards to make your stay great.

Ok place, I love the pool but sometimes it needed to be cleaned. The staff was extremely nice and helpful whenever I needed something and I like the different events that they had Monday - Wednesday in the evenings

Great place! Enjoyed my stay. Great staff. Housekeeper had a great personality. Took care of all my needs including my noise complaint that I had the first night. Second night no noise.

I was able to stay in a suite at the Residence Inn and it was an awesome experience. When we arrived to check in the hotel they were doing happy hour with free beer and food which was delicious. They have a great area for basketball and volleyball with a grill and pool and anything that you would need at the front desk. The staff was nothing but polite and accommodating whenever I needed them to be

Was a guest at a separate residence inn location but was touring a business across the street. This location allowed our group to shuttle from the airport for no charge and the employees were extremely friendly

So there is construction going on. I am writing this at it is 6:30 pm and we can hear a hammer beating on the wall. Not that big of a deal. Hi Def TV that only has Standard Def Coverage. The beds are good. Kitchenette has Microwave, mini frig and small sink. They have signs please excuse our mess. Here are some details. Nice new fixtures but they are not hooked up correctly in the shower of room 618. If you want hot water, turn it towards cold. No water pressure with water saving shower head. Always stuff in the hall. Today, the housekeeper came to clean my room. I said can you give me 15 minutes? She was clearly disgusted with my request. She said "I guess." I was out in 5 minutes. Housekeeper never cleaned the room. NO ICE MACHINES. Six floors, Six ice machines but no ice. Everyday they say a repair man has been called. Really all six machines are down? The ice machines look old. Maybe they just have them turned off until they get some new ones. Guest still need quality clean ice on long stays. Someday this might be a good hotel but not today. Attitude is so important when staying long periods at a hotel. Not everyone at this hotel has a good attitude. Breakfast hasn't be set up by 6:30 am on none of the 4 days I was a guest. I waited to 6:50 am but still breakfast wasn't ready. This hotel needs better customer service, some ice and some system to see if the staff are servicing the rooms. I hung out at hotel across street, much nicer staff. Sorry but the none of the staff went out of their way. The were mildly cordial. Can't give this hotel more than 2 stars. We paid $98/night. Dear staff at this hotel, common things like please, thank you and a willingness to help are greatly appreciated.

Okay, so being their guest of the day was an unexpected treat, but the outstanding service didn't end there. Our suite was so nice & clean, bed was comfie and the staff even brought us ice! Would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast has lots of healthy options. Rooms resemble apartments which is nice, especially for extended stays. Facilities also have a basketball court and pool. Convenient for Delta employees needing access for the corporate campus.
