This review is long overdue. I have stay at this hotel a few times, they recently remodeled the hotel and I should I say, it is amazing! Clean rooms, no weirdos around, rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. The breakfast will fill you up, very good selection, and if your are still hungry Waffle House is across the parking lot! Staff is very friendly and management top notch.

The hotel was great. The customer service and the hotel staff was excellent. Very good attention. We would like to come back soon, Alphareta it's a beautiful place. My husband and me hsd a wonderful Christmas there. Thanks for everything.

My stay at the Comfort Inn Suites was short but it was still a very nice day everything that we needed was provided inside the room if we needed anything they quickly were able to obtain it for us price very reasonable even being that it's located right next to the entertainment center and pretty much within walking distance would highly recommend staying there if you're attending a concert or in a bit near the stadium or just in the area. If I can give it 10 Stars I would thanks for the wonderful stay

Guestrooms are good and comfortable, there is open wifi in all of the hotel, the swimming pool wasn't in good conditions.

It has a good service, the pool is not in conditions, not usable. Good location with the north point mall just 5 minutes away. Everyday breakfast is eggs and waffles, so you might get bored of it.

Poorly maintained. Simply obvious that care is not taken in updates and fixes, but maybe the revenue is not there. I probably should not have expected more based on the rate. The staff day one was very kind, the young lady next day had an uncaring attitude. I asked for toothpaste and they had none. No toothpaste?! This has to be a trivial fee for the hotels convenience and customer satisfaction. Just too many weird occurrences to not arrive at a conclusion. If it is there at time of reading this, go to the holiday inn express next door. We checked out early, thank goodness.
