Rooms were nice. Lobby, weight room and patio area were also nice. Elevator was a pain. Only one in the hotel and it looked like it had seen better days. Card reader/door knob was loose and about to break off. This hotel needs more renovations and upgrades. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel has been recently remodeled the beds and pillows are very comfortable . breakfast buffet is included. All hotels should have comfortable beds and pillows that's why we go there.. I'm glad these people understand

Great place to stay! Rooms clean and hotel and parking well kept. Staff helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast very good. Free coffee bar downstairs in lobby excellent.

To whom it may concern,
On 9/2/17, my family (fiancée, 3yr old daughter & 9yr old daughter) and I checked in to La Quinta in Conyers, GA. On 9/3 I woke up in the bed with 2 little bumps on my right arm. I checked the sheets for any insects but I couldn't see any. I didn't think anything of it. I assumed there was a mosquito in our room. Later that day my bumps got bigger and redder. We were in town visiting family so we just let our daughters stay the remainder of our family trip with their grandma because our 9yr old got bitten on her right. I wanted to voice my concern but we already paid for our stay & I was embarrassed to complain. On 9/4 I woke up with a third bump and the 3 bumps were larger, wider & redder. I then spoke to a young woman name Precious who was very helpful, understanding & concerned by the bumps that I received from the room that I stayed in. She comped one night and added some points to the rewards program that I enrolled in. I am hoping that nothing worst happens with these bumps.
Today is 11/3/17 & I sent this email on 9/5/2017 through the BBB and have still not received a response from La Quinta. I am extremely upset and feel that being bit in the room that I stayed in was not important to this establishment.response / report this review -

This is a newly remodeled hotel, and it is obvious everywhere you look. To note, the lobby is clean, pleasant, and smells clean. In fact, it smells clean all the way down the hall. Pleasing colors and sharp finishes. The Manager when I checked in, Tracie, was absolutely fabulous. I did have a couple of small issues with the room, but Tracie addressed them immediately and to my satisfaction. I am traveling with a pet and they have pet friendly rooms on the first floor with tile floors -- which is great for clean up after a pet. Well stocked pantry, fitness center, and small business area. Breakfast offers eggs, sausage, oatmeal, & breakfast breads. Cracker Barrel and Outback are within easy walking distance -- Outback even delivered to my room. Even with a couple of hiccups, I highly recommend La Quinta Inn Conyers.

Excellent hotel! Very clean with the exception of the sheets..ALWAYS check your sheets in every hotel. I could tell they had not been changed.
But for the most part it was a nice hotel. The breakfast was great also.response / report this review -

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and had no complaints. It was a little old, but the staff was friendly and helpful - they coordinated a cot for us at the last minute when they easily could have told us they were out. Breakfast was free and decent.

Staff are terrific. They made a point to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. I have been to some other La Quintas before and was not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. This La Quinta had very clean rooms and exceeded my expectations.

Amazing customer service, clean, comfortable and recently updated room, solid breakfast and a lovely outdoor hot tub. This place is the perfect stop after a long road trip. The staff was exceptional!

It was very old but still somewhat clean. The bed was nice and the room itself was decent. The cleaning staff did not do a great job cleaning my room during the stay but the front desk was great! Just not somewhere that I would stay because it is way overpriced for the place itself.
