Great location. Great quality breakfast. Would stay again. Added plus of a resturaunt next door.

In general, a solid HIE hotel, but housekeeping fell short on getting the bathroom squeaky clean. The space between the sliding shower doors was a bit grimy and in need of attention. The rest of the room was visibly clean. The hotel is solid in all other areas, with a decent fitness center, pool and common areas. The breakfast was a bit more generous than other HIE hotels and included a pancake machine. Staff person on arrival wasn't very welcoming - literally didn't say hello, but just took care of business. That was the only person I interacted with other than the breakfast attendant who greeted me in the morning.

This is only my first night but a great experience thus far! Romms are really clean! I'm usually really iffy about hotel linen, but I felt really comfortable getting into the bed. Bed very comfortable and pillows too! I'm in the military and a group of us had to leave really early in the morning, breakfast usually doesn't start till 6:30 a.m. but they put it out early and there was a great variety of food and drink!

Nice and clean place up until reaching bathroom toilet which was left unflushed. More stars would be given for simply the professionalism of checking over a detail like that. Area was safe and isolated well with bar/grille across parking lot that seemed convenient. Beverages offered with deliciously flavoured creamers for coffee were available and healthy food options were also available. Hot foods looked rubbery and bland. Took a yogurt with some walnuts for a topping, however the walnuts tasted a bit rancid.

Nice hotel, comfortable, cleaning is good. Not expensive for the area where it is located. Close to restaurants, malls and convenience stores. I do recommend.

If you are staying here an extended time, dont bother trying to connect to the internet with any kind of gaming system. They dont know why it won't work, and will only send broken english maintenance guy to fix it. He plays FIFA, by the way. He couldn't stop talking about it.

Did not get to see and use much of the hotel. The front desk staff had the room keys ready and with a few signatures I was in my room and passed out. The rooms are modern and clean. I would like st stay here when I am not rushed.

The hotel was fine. They are upgrading the lobby. The room was spacious, and mostly clean, but the towels had some stains and one had a hole. The bed was comfortable, with multiple types of pillows to choose from. Breakfast had a pretty good variety available, but the hot foods were rubbery. The area felt safe with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

We had planned a dinner in a large space weeks in advance. They had failed to tell us that that space is now under construction. It was a huge hassle to fit so many people into the small space they had allowed for us. It would have been better had they let us know so we could make other plans.

Service has been very good. Room is cleaned daily, staff are friendly, breakfast is tasty. Restaurant next door has good food and drinks and friendly staff too.
