The service manager John and Fred that serviced my car were absolutely wonderful.
They made servicing my car a pleasure.
They are very honest and trustworthy and I am very thankful that I have them to go to when there's a problem or a recall because I know I can trust them to be honest and fair with me.
They deserve a great big God bless you and thank you!

After a horrible experience with another Nissan dealership in Orlando who left me crying more than once, I found Bill Ray when I had major problems with my vehicle. They treated me with the most respect even when I called crying because I was broke down. They worked with me and my parents who live in Indiana to get my Pathfinder fixed. Since then, any time I have a problem I have called them and had no problems getting in and them checking it out. I was just in for an oil change and they were awesome because I didn't want to take off work just to get an oil change. Nathan and the service manager worked with my time and got me in. When I am ready to trade in my truck for something else, I will definitely be going to Bill Ray.

I just had the most disappointing experience dealing with Philip Copeland Business Manage at Bill Ray Nissan. My business transaction centered around turning in my leased vehicle. During this process, he was judgmental, condescending, and disrespectful. It is amazing to me that even with the advances women have made, we still experience shaming and domineering tactics from men during business dealings. Although the majority my entire experiences with Bill Ray Nissan in these past three years has been enjoyable and the service department as always been great to interact with, if you are a female and Philip Copeland is involved, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Stay away from Bill Ray Nissan. Leasing a car from this dealer was a comedy of errors. We were there almost 4 hours due to their paperwork mistakes, time after time. For example, we leased a Nissan Rogue. The paperwork had an Altima. Then after several more attempts at providing the correct paperwork and our decision not to leave because we had so much time invested, we finally signed the lease and drove off in our leased Rogue. Several days later, I received a call from Bill Ray Nissan telling me that they were reducing my payments by $10/month on our 3 year lease. We would have to go in to sign a new lease. When we got there I asked why they were doing this and was told that it was because we had so much trouble the night we leased the car, and we would be receiving a survey from Nissan and wanted us to be happy. When I looked at the "new" lease agreement, they indeed lowered my payment but raised the residual by around $2,000. I said we would keep the lease with the higher payments. They would not allow this and said we could return the car which we did. The next day we went to another local Nissan dealership. Long story short, we leased the exact same vehicle for $28 per month less than Bill Ray's lease with the same residual value. I would recommend NOT dealing with this company.

I got a Nissan sentra 2015 model from them last year. After a few months, I discovered that when driving on the highway, I hear whistling noise and it looks like wind is blowing through after reaching 70mph making the steering difficult to control and feels like I'm going to swerve off the road if I don't rigidly hold the steering. I took the car back to them couple of times but they couldn't do anything about it. So I have to be using it like that. My very first new car is a terrible experience with bill ray Nissan and I'll never recommend them to anyone!

Purchased a brand new 2017 Nissan Maxima SR, from day one this has been a horrible experience. The emblem was already missing paint in the lettering, the stitching on the steering wheel looks sloppy, the back black spoiler was scratched up. While I was getting the windows tinted at a tint shop it was brought to my attention that the back left window had a deep scratch from when they removed the promotional material/pricing taped on the window (when I called my sales rep she lied to me about on which window they put the pricing information) ultimately repaired it when it became obvious that I wasn't letting that fly. The sales rep tried to overcharge for the vehicle($8,000 more than what I actually purchased the car for). Only reason I didn't pay that price was because I went home and looked Online. Then lied to me about multiple features of the SD card and Camera and the fact that they offer complementary full car washes(LIE ALSO)

That's just the purchasing experience. now onto the service department, they are constantly changing staff so very difficult to build a lasting relationship with one of there reps, they cleaned the interior of my car and scratched up the center console with a dirty rag(denied and LIED about it)and yesterday after my oil change I noticed a nice mark ($300 damage) where the lift goes. It's obviously from the lift positioning however they vehemently denied it, argued with me and lied. To add humor to the situation they are so concerned with there rating through Nissan to where they will coach you on the reviews, pure un professionalism. The General manager told me to give him a call if I had any problems and guess what? I called left a voicemail and never heard from the GM, pure lip service. I will never purchase another car from them, and I would never recommend anyone go here to purchase a car or service your car.. STAY AWAY! They are nothing but a bunch of misleading liars.. It starts with Ownership then down to management and trickles down to there sales reps. Sat down with the owners son, Brian, and his only concern is this REVIEW. He continued to deny it happened at there dealership and essentially wasted our time to come out to the dealership. We left frustrated and disappointed realizing these people only care about themselves, the bottom dollar and not the buyers experience. Save your self a headache and get as far away from this dealership as possible!!

We are so happy to have purchased a new NV200 van at Bil Ray Nissan last fall. The sales experience was great and we love the vehicle!

I returned today to pick up some parts, another pleasant experience as the parts department is friendly and helpful.

I also had a favor to ask of the service manager, Richard Morris. On a busy Saturday, he still took the time to go out of his way and help me!

The dealership does make a big difference in overall ownership experience and Bill Ray Nissan is costumer focused during and long after the sale!

I purchased my vehicle at another Nissan Dealership and serviced my car here for the past 3 years. I purchased a service plan that I've used at this dealership many times and today Richard (manager) would not allow me to redeem the plan I paid for. The service at this particular dealership has continually gone down from when I first began using this dealership. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with the follow through at the service department. It is very disheartening to feel like a dealership is taking advantage of single women.
    Update:
Shortly after I posted the original review I was called by Joey King and he wanted to make an effort to remedy this situation. He offered me a credit for the service I paid for. Saturday was the first time I came back to the dealership to give them another chance. Darwin Graham (DC) dealt with me and gave me GREAT service. He told me it was going to be a long wait and recommended me dropping the car off.

He called me, gave me several recommendations for the car that I declined. And took his time to explain each recommendation.

Sunday, my car started shaking violently, I called and was told that the service department was closed. I called DC this morning, explained my issues. He was so patient, and assured me that I will be well taken care of. I had the car towed and it turns out the issue was something DC recommended to be changed on Saturday. What really makes this experience stand out is that DC actually took the time to show me the dirty engine filter, explain the purpose, explain that it was preventing the airflow. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. I've come to this dealership for 3 years, and an advisor has NEVER taken this much care. And honestly, he's restored my faith in this dealership and their customer service abilities. I have a certain peace of mind now. Thank you DC! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!
