We only stopped in for a night as a waypoint to boulder after a late flight, but the say was as comfortable as possible. We were upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen and living room, and though we didn't need it it was a nice environment. The room was recently redone, had a slight "new hotel" smell, and was comfortable. The lobby sells snacks and microwave meals, though after buying some popcorn I discovered that the microwave didn't work. Not a big deal, and we let someone know so it'll probably be replaced. All in all it does what it says on the tin. 5 stars for a roadside hotel/motel.
The hotel rooms are nice just don't expect anything in it to work. Our shower wouldn't drain, so we called the front desk and all he said is "we don't have a maintenance person..and the hotel is over booked. " My husband asked if they at least had a plunger so he could try to unclog it and the front desk employee said they only have one and it was being used and that he was the only employee available at the moment. We went to the front desk to see what other options we could have and there are two employees just standing behind the desk. After we said again what the issue was , one of the employees went to find us a plunger and we fixed the shower ourselves. After we finally were able to shower, we sat down to watch tv only to find out the tv didn't work either.
I had the craziest experience making my way to this hotel(missed my reservation by 40 hrs etc.) But when it came to customer service and moving my reservation/extended stay Greg and the rest of the staff at Town Suites we’re immensely helpful and accommodating!!!! Will stay here again!!! Plus the coffee is hot and fresh 😃
Apparently don't change the bed sheets or pillow cases. Have never had pink eye slept one night here woke up with it. Asked for new pillow cases and 3 of the 4 pillows and nasty stains on them. When picked up the pillows to change them there was long black hair under the pillows. I'm a dude with no hair. Don't recommend it.
We reserved a 2 bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and organized. My kids loved the space and the breakfast was a good selection of pastries, eggs, sausage, etc. I'd stay here again.
Location is surrounded by all the food you'd want and a mall across the street. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. Service is top notch and very friendly
My luggage was lost by the airline. The airline had not delivered it by 10:30, so I went to the Walmart near the hotel. During my trip my bag arrived and the hotel proactively sent a driver to alert me in the store so I did not have to buy new clothes. Amazing service and true customer care.
Pet friendly. Apparently some of the animals live there so the odor is overwhelming in the second building. Also cigarette smoke was overwhelming throughout every night we stayed there. Place was clean & rooms was large. Comfortable beds. free breakfast. Definitely recommend if you are traveling with pets & don't have allergies.
a most pleasant surprise.
Came here with very little expectations ( stayed at other Town "places" )
The hotel is situated in a great area , close to shopping and yet very quite it is only minutes drive to Boulder .
The room was clean with all the comforts you can expect .
The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.
The breakfast was a real hot breakfast with very large selection .
Would most definitely recommend !
Wonderful staff, wonderful room, and great walking paths. If staying with dogs they also had bags for puppy business. Within walking distance to the Flat Irons Mall, and restaurant's. Also, as a smoker I really appreciated all the areas outside with ashtrays (you can't smoke inside), placed next to benches etc. It was nice not to be treated like a 3rd class citizen because I happen to smoke. I highly recommend !!!!!!!!!
Everyone was very nice. I'm very happy with my stay. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you Again.
Staff was great(Chelsea, Matt, Carla). Breakfast was always good. Cleaning crew was great as well. May need to update amenities to keep up with surrounding hotels- bigger pool, hot tub, play area for kids. But, over all we were happy.
Hotel is fairly average overall. Majority of facilities feel or look dated, especially the carpets. Free hot breakfast is a plus. There is a small fitness center, it has one treadmill, one elliptical and some free weights. Better than nothing, but frequently crowded. Kitchen is well equipped, full stove and large fridge freezer. Swimming pool is pretty simple small, but was not open so I did not use it.
Decent room, lovely view, wonderful staff. Sofa bed is really uncomfortable, bathroom smells like smoke. When sofa bed is out, the room is a lot tighter. Room would be ideal for someone staying a while (has fridge, stove, toaster etc) and either a single person or a couple. Good price.
The location is very nice in a quiet and store surrounded neighborhood. It makes shopping and dining easy in the nights and the Denver lifestyle can be accessed whenever you'd like. The room was very clean, and had a home feel with the little kitchen/office/living room/bathroom/bedroom combo. I recommend this to anyone traveling to the Denver area. The only downside was the small breakfast area was a little overcrowded but I grabbed some food and headed off to work.
