Dirty, dingy and the staff are very unfriendly. Also, comparative to what is in the area, not that much of a "budget hotel." One of the locals said there may be bed bugs. Locks are extremely old and rusty. Television makes a rattling noise. I do not recommend you stay here unless it is an emergency situation.

We checked in super late (230ish am) The guy at the counter was friendly. The room was very clean. The entire place looks like something out of a slasher flick, which my girlfriend and I both loved! Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well, there's lots of grass, and plenty of area to sniff and do their business! I loved how dark the entire area is at night, as well as how quiet it was during both The night and the morning. The price was right for what we got, and I wish we could have stayed in the area longer. Definitely a million times better than the [name redacted] that we stayed in while we were in Norcross, GA which we spent twice as much on, and had a horrible experience with. Definitely looking forward to our next stay in this hotel.

The only thing this place has going for it, is the location. The room we stayed in was filthy. Dusty, smelly and just plain gross. Dead bugs in room. Mold on Windows. Mold in shower. Mold on towels. Dirty sheets and towels. I would not recommend this place.

Room was clean an cute. The best part of my stay was the deer we saw out our window facing the back of motelbig bucks!!!😁

Spiders and ticks everywhere and In the bed.
The ticks sticked on our skin!
All the place was so dirty.
The wifi didn't worked but who cares.
Please do yourself a big favor and don't go there.

The Relax Inn is a small motor inn on Route 11 in Natural Bridge, Virginia. After 20 hours of unexpected travel, we could not find a Room anywhere within 50 miles at 3:30 in the Morning. I woke this gentleman from a sound sleep and he was very kind and booted up his systems and gave us a room. He could have ignored me. For that reason alone I give this gentleman 5 stars.
He charges a fair and competitive rate, and the room had everything needed for a safe, comfortable stay, except coffee. There was no coffee maker in our roomjust saying
If others were to judge this from a less compassionate and more business like way they would probably rated at best a 2 star experience. As for me and mine, if given the opportunity, we would stay here again.

This is the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. It looks like it had never been cleaned. The floors left my socks black, the toilet had yellow around it, and i am sure mold was somewhere. I have been in hundreds of hotels None as bad as this one. CLEAN THESE ROOMS STOP BEING LAZY.
