girlfriend enjoys the beach, it's not far from our home in Gulf county so we stay here periodically, we like the quiet end of the beach, never had any issues with cleanliness.

Gulf side views
We stayed at Regency Towers, last Thanksgiving, and will be staying this Christmas 2017. Our stay in 2016 was great. Our room had 2 bdrms & 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio looking right out to the beach & ocean. I have read the reviews that state the building is dated, and some of the rooms are, well I for one think everything was just fine. If you want the new trending condo's and hotels, go for it, and pay triple the amount you pay at Regency Towers. The front desk staff is always very helpful, and maintenance is around the grounds keeping everything nice & clean. I think its well worth the money!

This place is a FN nightmare for people with disabilities. Think that cleaning fee actually goes towards cleaning? That science project growing around the inside of the shower says no. Like standing with your head in the freezer at 2am so you can breathe? Well you to can have the opportunity. a/c is locked at 70° but the room temp never got below 73°. Slider on the patio is a hospital trip waiting to happen. 2- 300lb sheet of glass is barely suspended by what's left of the frame. Don't bother going to the front desk. Attendants are exceptionally rude and/ or smarta$$y. They'll be happy to send a maintenance guy to blow beautiful rays Florida sunshine right up your a$$ with no real answers to your problems. Stingray down the street is a much nicer stay. Tell Keith & Tracy I helped you find them.

Recency towers is one of the older condos on panama city beach. All the units are privately owned and the one we were in was nice but rather dated. The exterior of the building is very dated and has a 70s color scheme. There is a nice big pool and game room and it is on the quieter east end of the beach if that is what you are going for.

Visited a friend here. She says the place needed a super facelift. Gave it a four star because they have a working hot tub. It was an indoor one, great for wind out of face and rainy days. It's located close to the public beach access, so not sure about local traffic. Side unit, side beach view is not a good view at all.

For the money you spend it's really lacking. Maintenance people are really friendly. But building is out dated.

Nice clean place, excellent views and I do recommend. They have 3 pools, work out area and sauna. The maintenance crew is on point and the bikini Bob's bar and grill that's pool side is fair priced and good.

Chill place to take the children, tiki bar is really reasonably priced buy a souvenir cup and get free refills the whole trip. Can't beat it! The grilled cheese and onion rings are great! Try a 🍍 frozen pineapple drink! Will not disappoint!

My family has stayed here at least once a year and enjoy the clean rooms, beach and pools. We rent through an independent older lady who owns a couple of condos there and she gives us wonderful rates.
Back again in 2017. Regency has added lounges by the pool area. Bikini Bob's is open by the pool serving food and drinks, etc.
They have 3 elevators here. One in the middle and one on each leg of the u shaped or half h building. The elevators on each end have posted notes stating the elevators are not working although the actually do work because I went up and down on each of them. Reason for posted notes apparently are to keep rental people from using them so that full-time residents do not have to wait on the slow elevator in the middle by the front office where staff is not friendly to rentals. The security guard at front entrance was nice.

Older run down condo built in the late 70's but all units are privately owned, the one we stayed at was not very well kept but there is a nice big pool and it is right on the beach. Also on the quieter east end of panama city beach There are some nice restaurants near by but it is a bit of a drive if you want more choices. Prices are a bit lower here so you may find a bargain.

Great location in the quieter area of the Panama City Beach strip. This is definitely an older property, but maintenance is good and the views and beach access are stellar. This is a great spot to enjoy a fun beach holiday.

Regency Towers is old & in need of many repairs. I rented 106 & it was horrible. Infested with cockroaches and rodents. I caught 2! Owner nightmare to deal with. Regency tried to help me, but limited because I'd rented from an owner & not from Regency. In winter months there's always maintenance going on. Pool outside my back patio was closed entire time. Elevators always being worked on. Half the time I was there I couldn't park near my unit because of maintenance going on. Beware if you rent here. There are plenty of other complexes to go to. If you do rent here, don't rent the one I did, or any from that owner. It's bad!!!! On the good side, I have to say all Regency employees I dealt with were very nice people & the other tenants I met during my stay were also good people. I just don't understand why they keep coming back here when there are much nicer places to go.
