  Ok theater. Now updating theater which is sorely needed. Have not found staff to be overly friendly or welcoming. Seats are uncomfortable. I’d grade our experience here as ‘sufficient’. It’s close to our house, very rarely crowded so we go often. Concession prices are high. Looking forward to updates.

  Take a loan out if you plan to purchase anything from concessions. Could definitely use new, more comfortable seats. Other than that I am glad they're in JB.

  I love going here, it's only 2 minute's from my home and they always have a wide variety of movie's to see. A negative here is the prices for Popcorn and drinks are extremely high! We also like to walk the Mall before or after the movie (it's attached to Treasure Coast Square).

  Terrible management. Learn how to speak to guests and actually listen to them instead of making extremely rude comments to try to make yourself feel better about your position. Place needs to clean house and reopen with new staff, management, and decor. Place will go under if not taken care of asap.

  While I think that the Treasure Coast Mall Regal is doing a fine job, I also love the fact that I can bypass the lines by using a credit card at the kiosk inside the theatre entrance. One thing that I was puzzled by, is something someone else mentioned, you can't talk to the box office in the theatre. They actually never let you talk to anyone at Regal no matter where they are, not even a corporate person. The only way to get an answer to my question is to drive over to the mall and ask them, that is ridiculous to say the least. They could put an automated message on the phone that tells you can't buy tickets on the phone, and can only speak to an information person. Do they accept MoviePass cards at Regal?

  I've been to the luxury movies in large cities. I don't like that you have to have reservations for those theaters and although I love reclining seats, it's not necessary to a good movie experience. This movie theater complex is my favorite. We have a movie theater in the town I live in, but it's not a pleasure to got to. The staff doesn't care and it's not updated. I love AMC's seating, never have to fight do see the screen. Lots of movies and variety of times, always has the latest films for the most part. The popcorn, etc. is expensive, but that's really where the revenue is, so I get that. It's clean, comfortable and the staff is very courteous.

  We do not like the popcorn made with coconut oil. The theater should offer a choice of peanut oil or another type of oil in addition to coconut oil for people with peanut alergies. The coconut oil for us ruins the taste of the popcorn. But we love the movie theater and the perks with the Regal card.

  I gave this place five stars because the people are very nice, there is hardly any wait time no matter how long the line is that's how quick they are. The person who takes your ticket up front is all smiles and very nice every time, and I've been there at least 7 times already and have seen maybe 4 different people taking tickets and it has a always been the same. The young people at the concession were also very courteous and nice. Me and my girlfriend play air hockey to kill some time which was pretty cool. The theater was very clean and so was the bathroom. I will visit this theater again in the near future.

  I give it 4 stars because most of the times I have been their; the staff was very good and they never messed up an order no matter how many people where their or if someone was trying to pressure them. Also the floor is very clean and does not have a lot of soda or popcorn spilled very often and if their is a mess they clean it up within 5 minutes Which seems like a while but it really isn't. When ordering my tickets at the front the staff was very nice/positive and would actually chat with you if you were nice to them! Even if a person was not nice they would still stay positive too! Now to why it was not a 5 star I did not rate this perfectly because most of the time I would be seated in a room with a small screen sometimes the screen was a bit bigger. But more or less it really just depends on luck whether you get a big screen or small one. (Usually the older movies or not so popular ones are screened in small rooms). Also the audio was not perfect but it still made the experience worth it. There was no surround sound. But the audio still was very clear and the bass was great so It made up for the loss.
  
  Overall I would recommend this theatre
