I've been there twice this week and my wife a third time. We've had great experiences each time we've visited this theatre over the years, so of course it is our favorite. Here's why I highly recommend this theater:
* Cleanliness. The cleanest theater I've ever seen, including (especially) the rest rooms. (And the automatic toilets actually flush!)
* Comfortable. The seats are slightly larger than other local theaters. The picture is flawless and the sound system clear and not uncomfortably loud. It's well lighted, even after the movie starts, but the lights are not obtrusive at all. It's usually not too crowded, and if it is, there are no bad seats in the house.
* Convenience. Plenty of parking, often close to the door. Lines move fast. Concessions are conveniently placed and adequately staffed. Restrooms and movies are well marked and trash cans are readily available. Located so that if you take the secondary entrance road to the mall, you avoid all the traffic.
* Prices of tickets and concessions, while high, are competitive with or better than other local theaters.

I've been to all the local theaters from Charleston to Huntington (except Pullman Square) and this theater is definitely the best.

Always cleaner than the other Charleston-area theaters and not as crowded. Go before 3pm to miss the kid-crowd. Concessions seem fresh and not made days in advance. Bathroom has plenty of stalls and always very clean. The staff is stellar and the points program is great because you can save up enough points for a free movie date.

Clean lobby cinemas and restrooms. Good movie selection. Friendly staff. No technical issues with movie. A little hard to find of you didn't know where it was at as it sits way in the back of the shopping center and is not well marked and if you weren't entering the shopping center from the secondary entrance you wouldn't see it unless.you went looking for it. Overall a positive experience. Plenty of parking.

One of my favorite theaters. The staff is generally always nice and courteous, the popcorn is fresh, and I don't think I've ever walked into a dirty theater there. I've also never had a bad experience with audio or visual quality there, unlike some others that I've been to. I'm also a big fan of their rewards program, which I know isn't a location specific thing, but I just got 2 free tickets last night so I couldn't help but mention it. 😂

I wish they had some later show times, but considering most of their staff is approximately 12, I'm not holding my breath. But as far as complaints go, I feel like if that's the worst I can think of, they must be doing pretty well.

GOOD: This is the local theater that shows Fathom events like the Met Live in HD series and occasional TCM revivals of classic old films. BAD: The priciest tickets of any of the four theaters in this area.

I enjoy coming here. It's always clean and friendly. The concessions are really pricey but that's normal, the quality of food is really good and they have a lot of options. They usually have all the new releases and it's not typically crowded which I enjoy.

Awesome. Very clean. Friendly atmosphere. My wife and I travel an extra 15 miles passing up 2 other local theaters to see movies there. Great rewards program.

Best theater in the County. I say this for many reasons including cleanliness, friendliness, fresh popcorn, fountain drinks that have perfect balance of syrup and fizz . . . but mainly because they are handicapped friendly. My girlfriend is deaf and they provide caption glasses for most movies. If you do not cater to handicapped persons you do not get my money.

This is the best theater in 40 miles. They offer 3D movies for less money than some of the other theaters in the Charleston area and they're always much cleaner. The snack bar is smaller than some of the Charleston theaters, but this one always seems to be incredibly clean and well stocked.

The cashiers always act like they have something better to do and have acted very cold and unfriendly both times we have gone here. Anytime you ask a question they look annoyed and try to rush you along. The only reason we keep going back is for the rewards points.

The employees are friendly, the food is comparatively priced with other theaters and it is always clean. The biggest reason we use this theater is for the regal cinema reward points. We get free popcorn and a drink occasionally.
