Been a regal member since they started the rewards and till this day I am still satisfied with my rewards card and this theater. This place is never sold out no matter how new the movie is. Hoping one day they remodel to the recliner seats and then this will be my second home. Nice theater great food!

Management is extremely unprofessional. Theaters are ALWAYS garbage ridden. There is better within decent driving distance. Very sad situation. The staff needs customer service training. With the price of tickets and various other forms of entertainment available INSTEAD of "the movies" I would simply suggest that they improve.

The cinemas here in McDonough has a pleasant environment. I have always enjoyed the quality of movies. Tonight I noticed it is now time to shampoo the seats in theater 16. Thank you!.

Super friendly staff. Went the night of Monday, September 28th, 2017. Sally (I hope I got her name right! Could have been Molly - shucks!) was very professional and engaging at the ticket register. Even the person at the ticket booth directing us to the correct theater was welcoming. Theater was clean and seats comfortable. I do prefer the high backs with a head rest, but not a deal-breaker.
Five out of five to the theater and Regal as a whole. They honor military discount (something many other theaters do not).

1st I LOVE the facade of this place, reminds me of the old theaters. 2nd they have the movies you want to see. And 3rd the place is very clean throughout (lobby, bathrooms, hallways and theater). Love coming here with my family.

I was impressed with the theatre. It was rather clean and nice. Sits we're comfortable as well. Didn't get any popcorn or food. We ate at Chili's around the corner.

this would be great theater if it was cleaned my keys slipped out of my pocket and i reached down between the seat and came up with cheese and popcorn all over my keys and hand, totally disgusting need to check behind the cleaners badly..

It's a great local theater that has to-be-expected process for concessions, but the tickets for movies are very fair compared to other theaters that could give you cheaper tickets, but upscale concession prices, or that simply cost more in general, especially for new, IMAX, and 3D movies. At times the theatre will have special viewings of various things such as plays, operas, black and white film, or even the occasional foreign film. It is a generally clean place, a and I haven't had any problem with the staff even before the name changed but long ago. Opening are swamped, but you usually have the option of buying your tickets ahead of time at their kiosks or online.
Overall this theater is a solid place for movies and I've never been wary of going there for a movie night!
