Very nice rooms. However, it got really loud at night, had to turn on a/c to block noise. Also, the breakfast leaves much to be desired.

I was a visitor. The lobby, elevator, hallways and rooms were immaculate. The rooms were huge and had a great set up. Kichen was a nice size and was equipped with everything you needed. I would recommend Extended Stay America to everyone. Real quite and peaceful atmosphere.

Usual extended stay experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decent but it overall cleaningness can improve. It is really close to some restaurants and gas station.

The room was ok, they never included shampoo or conditioner, only soap. I overheard another person checking in and asked if it was included and they said yes. I never received it and I was there for 3 weeks. 2 days before I checked out, I got a phone call from the front desk threatening to charge a cleaning fee if my room was dirty upon check out. (My scheduled cleaning day was Thursday and they came in my room on Sunday unannounced.) I was offended by this because I had no trash in my room, only clean clothes in bags and boxes. When I expressed that, the manager stated that towels cannot be left "everywhere" in the bathroom or they will charge a fee. I asked where were towels "supposed" to be left in a hotel room if not the bathroom? Overall I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy to someone that paid over $2,500 to stay there. Will not return.

The room seemed clean. There was a dead bug in the bathroom but that was it, so not a huge concern. However, the staff will come in your room whenever they want. I was trying to get my son to sleep and they opened my door for no reason. I agree with the guys comment on here about harassing pets because that's the only reason I can see as to why they would come in my room

key card had to be replaced every other day.. no full breakfast just coffee.. there is a sign that says not to smoke within a hundred yards of the building.. people sit on the steps next to the door and smoke.. everything is clean.. the rooms are nice and a pretty good size..

It was clean. I was told over the phone that they only had a bedroom with one bed left that was a queen. I said okay because I felt myself and two small children would fit. I was disappointed because when I got there the "queen" bed was only a full size bed and the tv only had about 9 channels. None really for kids. My 7 year old slept in the reclining chair. To top it off, when we plugged our chargers in to charge my phone and their tablets in the morning everything was dead. They had not been charging. I'm happy I brought my laptop with me because that's how i charged our things. When i got home, none of our chargers worked when they all worked before. But other than that, it was clean.

This is honestly the worst little hotel I've ever experienced honestly. The wifi goes out almost every 10-15 minutes and doesn't get fixed till a couple days later. What hotel doesn't have good wifi that will stay on? I just don't understand the wifi is just horrible they need to find a new company seriously I can't take it anymore !

After reading the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about staying here but I had to remind myself that some people can be very critical and these are only opinions. Also, as a Customer Service Representative, I have been on the other end of the stick.
With that being said, I enjoyed every moment of my stay and interactions with the staff and other guests, as well. My fiance and I just checked in on April 1, 2017 and checked out on April 19, 2017, we did not have any issues.
We felt safe, all staff members were friendly, courteous and professional. Anytime we had questions or concerns, they were answered in a timely manner. Housekeeping cleaned our room every Saturday. We did not snell any bad order in our room, in fact, the hotel was very clean and smelled great.
We would recommend this Extended Stay and we would stay again, if needed. Thank you for such a great experience!response / report this review
