So glad this place is permanently closed now - we stayed here a long time ago and got bed bugs and a homeless guy used the pool without staying in the hotel, then slept in his car overnight in the parking lot.

Its a nice place to stay it was clean, roomy and the house keepers are awesome although I booked a suite the gave me a double queen but it was spacious. They have a computer room with a printer. They had hot breakfast. The indoor pull was down due to them renovating the whole hotel.

The hotel is under renovation. With that said it's no excuse for some of the other things going on. As a group all but two of our rooms we're dirty. It took two hours to set up three rooms. Staff seemed nice, breakfast was late a couple of days. A car dashboard was sitting right outside one of the breakfast area windows with vegetation growing around it. Carpet was filthy. Hopefully after the renovation it will take care of some of the issues experienced. I love IHG hotels. This one just happens to be my least favorite.

I had to call very late at night to book a room for someone in an emergency situation. The staff member I spoke to was so kind and made the person staying feel very safe. The reason I called holiday inn express was because no matter where I've been in the the United States, they are consistently clean, convenient, and the staff is always great. I didn't stay at this one but I picked my friend up after booking the room and it's in a great location, close to everything. She said that it was a great stay.
