This place has gone downhill since AMC left.. the floors stay dirty around concession stand instead of cleaning the staff is standing around talking. Went today one of the busier days of the year and still the same floors dirty the front screens out that tell you what's playing please. Clean this place up

Always somebody using a phone during the movie or bringing a 2 year old to a serious movie -- or during a suspenseful horror flick, a whole row behind us kept talking at full volume during the whole film, and too many people in the theater were laughing at the serious scenes. I'm done with this theater. If they won't keep the toddlers out of 10 PM movies for adults, I won't buy their tickets. Also, completely inaccurate identification of which screens are which on their own website -- on the New Vision website I picked a movie that identified as being "BigD" which according to the website is "ceiling to floor, wall to wall screen" and a super advanced sound system and super deluxe plush seating, and none of this was accurate. It was just a plain old theater with standard uncomfortable seats and a rather small screen and a run of the mill sound system, no "BigD" about it. I chose this over an IMAX option!!

Went to the movies last night to see justice league and it was great the seats weren’t so great but the food and service was great. Ms. Saniaya was my server and she was excellent she knew what she was doing and recommended a great meal. She was also smiling the whole time and a very pretty girl. Thanks saniaya you rock!!!!

I enjoy coming to this theater. It is quiet, close to my home and inexpensive. I don't mind spending $3000 on snacks because the movie tickets are so cheap.

How is it possible for a coffee machine to ALWAYS be "down??" In other words, no one wants to make it. One employee said he didn't know how to make it. The manager also said it was down. If you advertise something on your menu, then you should have it available! If your team does not want to make the coffee, or if the MOD is going to teach them how to skirt around it, then just take it off the menu!!

The theater is very nice. The ticket prices are very affordable and the employees were nice and courteous. The restrooms are very clean as well. Will come here again soon.

Terrible experience, if your website shows that you have something available then you should have it. Not only did the website show a specific option was avaliable, I reveived an email stating the same thing. Once I called to take advantage of the offer I was told it wasn't available. GET IT TOGETHER!

I love the simple rewards program😁😊 no stress, no need to remember member number. Just continue to enjoy movies and you are rewarded after five movies 😋😂😊 awesome. The prices are wonderful for the food as well as admission.

Please be cautious when letting teenagers purchase food items alone. My son bought candy and a drink but was charged for popcorn and candy which was $12 and provided with a duplicate receipt instead of his original receipt. I am sure a regular drink is not $7.49 for the popcorn he was charged for. I purchased food right after him at the same cashier and was given my original receipt. They prey on teenagers by themselves as they know they will not likely pay attention to their receipts. I have called twice to speak to a manager and have received no phone call yet.

We come to see movies here quite a few times per month. The theaters are always very clean. Multiple restrooms, which are always clean, are located throughout the theater. Self-purchasing systems are available, which speeds up the process of purchasing a ticket when the lines are long. In terms of prices, tickets are relatively cheap, however, popcorn and drinks are relatively over-priced.

Theatre management is aware of a Sexual pervert who sometimes comes into the theatre and takes advantage of the innocent young children. Predator sat next to my teenager daughter and masturbated. When the incident was reported to the police outside of the theatre the police responded that they are aware of the situation, but can't seem to catch him.

Good theater. Very good staff. The theater has changed owners. AMC had a rewards program. These folk don't. AMC gave refills on large popcorn. These folk don't. AMC had courtesy cups if one wanted to share a soda. These folk don't. AMC had lower ticket prices. These folk don't. A word of advice. Model it after AMC or it won't last. Folk aren't going to be content with paying more for less.

Nice theater. Love the larger seats. Good prices if you catch the specials. But we will say, be mindful of your surroundings.
