The parking is good and they have beer. The new recliner deals are comfy and I appreciate the assigned seating. Great for movie-goers like me who appreciate a good seat and plan ahead.

Last two experiences have been awful. Went to see Cars3 and a man with his family was brutally attacked and beaten in the face while his 2 year old and wife screamed and watched helplessly over being in the wrong seat??? I notified managers of the attack and the police had to come. Each movie goer was given free passes by the staff. Yesterday I went to see Coco and a man and his child showed up an hour after the film started and he let his child run up and down the isles the entire rest of the film and would do nothing to control his child. I complained to a manager Jennifer Shaffer and she blamed me for not coming and finding a manager during the film to complain. When I said we were waiting for an usher who never showed she reluctantly and rudely gave us another passs for future show. I also reminded her of the Cars 3 incident. Theater is clean seats are comfortable only complaint is where is the management and where are the ushers.

They were super nice and they accommodated each and every one of our needs. The manager in guest services and one of the employees, Noah, guaranteed that we had a great trip to the movies.

Go during a matinee on the weekend but avoid this placr weekend nights. It's been overrun with riff faff and trash who talk during the movie and use their phones. Only a matter of time before someone gets shot. Used to be a nice place now it's Antioch.

Clean Theater, Helpful staff, Fresh popcorn. This is my first choice for a Regal Theater. The garage is a great place to park. The staff has always friendly. Elevator is always working.

We went to see Wonder Woman in theatre 2. While the seats were very comfy, it was as cold as a meat locker. I had to leave the theatre to talk to the ticket taker. She called a manager. It was still freezing 20 min later so my husband left the movie and spoke to a manager who said they would do something and they did not. Instead, fans went on. We were with another couple who were also freezing. It was so miserably cold we couldn't enjoy the film. We spoke to the manager after the movie and he gave us passes for a future movie. The one we want to see tonight does not say it has reclining seats. We intended to bring a blanket this time. I'm trying to call to confirm about the seats because one of us is in a leg cast and needs to keep his foot up but I cannot speak to anyone. I've tried 3x and I'm cut off.

On the positive side besides the reclining seats being comfy, I do like that I can choose the seats in advance so I can avoid the seats under the fans.

The service here has always been just okay, but that actually makes it better than most of the other theaters in the area. It's under construction as of this writing, which is a bit annoying, but the theaters they've recently finished converting need to be seen to be believed. Pre-registered, numbered seats. More legroom than you've ever seen anywhere (which results in their being about half the seating capacity compared to the old days), and electric-controlled recliners. They're so comfortable there's a good chance you'll fall asleep before the movie starts if you aren't careful.

love the remodel. took user-experience as top priority with more room, and reclining seats. they missed the mark in playing 45 minutes of previews for a movie that lasted 2.25 hours. I did not sign up for that much time. by the time movie started, i was annoyed. the previews were all the same so in the end, I did not retain one movie I wanted to see. real deal breaker. now, I intentionally avoid this theater when it was always my go-to.

Gross. That sums up my experience. It hot hot and muggy with no one else in the theater room we were in.
It smelled like a dive bar, and the floors felt like it too.
Mystery stains over several of the seats. Hallway smelled like a gas leak, or sewer gas.

Didn't even sit down to try and stay. Walked in and walked out and got our money back.

Movies still cost way too much. With that said, this is one of the better theaters in the city. Pro tip: use the parking garage rather than the parking lot. There's also plenty of good restaurants right next to it for dinner and a movie. No other theater in town has better options

This is a good movie theater in kind of unique for Nashville. They only have two theaters upstairs and the rest are below ground so your cell phone absolutely will not work in the downstairs theaters for the most part. The projection and picture quality is getting a little dated compared to some of the other theaters in the area. Also the seating is dated but not bad just not updated 2 modern standards like some of the other top theaters. I'm not saying that it's old and dingy I'm just saying other theaters have been updated in the last couple of years this one has not been updated in about 10 years or longer maybe even 15. This is a clean movie theater and they have decent food options but of course they are expensive like any movie theater.

Probably the best theater to go to in Nashville besides the Belmont. It's usually really clean here and the employees are friendly. Also I like to go during the day, there is no one there really. The only problem is parking, it's connected to the mall, so the lot id's usually full. So you will probably have to walk a good distance most of the time. I don't mind to walk so not a huge negative for me.
