I cannot rave enough about Taylor and the gorgeous ring she created for me! It was recycled and given a new life. The experience was so personal and she gave help and guidance every step of the way. The finished creation is ah-mazing, I can't stop staring at it. I HIGHLY recommend Taylor and Bell jewelers 😍

From the moment I walked in they were helpful and friendly. They showed me what I asked for without trying to up sell or pressure me into something more expensive. They did not make me feel guilty for going with a less expensive alternative. I will definitely go back for other jewelry.

I went to Bell Jewelers in search of a replacement watch band that is not easy to find. They knew they weren't going to make much money from a watch band, but the folks there still spent quite a bit of time looking up the proper part number and helping me out. Very nice people.

I took my gold chain in for repair, because it had frayed. The simply made the link super thin, it will break for sure. Terrible service and snobby staff.

Had an exceptional experience with a watch repair. Matt was quick in changing the battery, took the time to see my wrist size and set the watch accordingly, and even took the time to set it to the correct time and date! The best part? All this only cost $25 or so. Will definitely return for watch repairs or future jewelry purchases.

I have used Bell Jewelers for 18 years and have never been disappointed. I bought my fiancé's engagement ring as a poor college kid in 2000 after I was treated like I was the most important person in the store. My wife now has a beautiful collection of rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc that have all come from Bell.
I have travelled Europe, South American and the Middle East and never found better prices than right at Bell. I have had several custom pieces created from the Master Jewelry designer Bob from their precious stone showings as well as the annual Estate and Antique showings. We are blessed to have such an amazing group of professional and knowledgeable people in the jewelry business right here in our town.

Bell Jewelers is one of the best businesses I have dealt with. I have worked with them for years and have always been pleased.

They have a great knowledge of new and estate pieces. Watches, rings, necklaces, silver, and anything you can think of. One of the few family owned stores in Tennessee.

There are few jewelers in the country that I work trust and Bell is one of the top three.

Terrible jewelry repair. Staff was not the friendliest. I had a ring sized and the cut in the band was not soldered(?) together properly. Also, they are expensive for such crappie work.

After Jared tried to rip me off and charge me over $500 for rhodium finish and loose stones, this place said there was in fact no loose stones and got me out the door for $60 and a heads up that Jared is full of a bunch of unethical crooks. Ring looks great too! Thanks Y'all!

I took a necklace in today to have a broken clasp replaced (I also had a new clasp) All I needed was to remove the broken one and replace it with the new one I had. Just had to re-solder the new one .I had priced the repair with several other jewelers in town and they quoted me from $15 - $32 for the repair which I thought was a little muchBell told me that they couldn't give me a price til I brought it in and let the Jeweler look at itso I reluctanty carried it in and he did it for FREE..SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We had a great experience at Bell. Lisa was great and helped us in every aspect.
I would and will use them from now on. I drove to all kinds of stores and even pawn shops trying to beat their price on an over 1ct Emerald cut diamond and couldn't. I would recommend them.

Bell Jewelers is an amazing establishment that I have been apart since I registered there many years ago for my Bridal registry. I have shopped there on many occasions and will continue. Not only do they take care of their customers, but they are so kind, compassionate and accommodating to their employees!
My mother was given the opportunity to work there to help an associate who needed to take some time off. She absolutely loved being at the store, with the customers and the the entire Bell family. When her health prevented her from going into to work, they were not only greatly concerned for her, but never made her feel bad for not being able to work. They are all so sweet and looked out for each other. The time my mother spent working at Bells was not only wonderful for her but a place I know she was happy to be at and loved every minute she was there!! Thank you for all of your kindness and love!
