Had to get some ice maker cleaning solution and was running behind, Matthew waited for me a few minutes after A-1 closed because he knew I was on the way. Went above and beyond. Definitely recommend A-1 Appliance Co. Hard to find customer service like Matthew's these days. See Matthew at A-1 for all of your appliance parts needs!

My wife purchased a appliance and delivery was fast, but they arrived with a damaged product, so they had to return to the store to get another. They returned shortly and installed another, but the first time it was started it would not run. They sent out a repair tech right away but it could not be fixed because they would have to order a part which was at least three days out. We insisted on a replacement with a comparable or better model. They sent us a lesser model and instead refunded the difference. Bottom line is we got less than we wanted with less features and had no choice. When we called to inquire, they said they hated to install a third, would we compromise? Not good service.

Great company to deal with and absolute top notch customer service. Erica was great to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations after a small issue with a vent hood. The installers even put our microwave trim kit on for free while they were there. Thank you again and look forward to dealing with you in the future.

A-1 Appliance is the place we go to when we need appliances! Julie is very knowledgeable and has always helped us choose appliances and we've always been happy, every time. Then you have the BEST delivery/install guys EVER who get your appliances safely to you and installed and warrantied! With A-1, we've never had to worry when it comes to appliances! They're the best! You just don't see this level of service anymore. :)

Just called them because I have a dryer and dishwasher that I st went out. Yep two appliances at once. So anyway I called to set an appt and check prices. He told me that just show up since I have two repairs it would be $209. I thought that can't be right so I asked what that covered as in labor. He said " it doesn't cover anything really that's just a service charge for two appliances". So it's $209 just to drive ten minutes down the road to get to the job. Wow! I'm in the wrong business. So guess I'll be calling a repair co that actually is close to reasonable.

Great store.The staff really knows all the details about all brands of appliances. Customer service is excellent. The installers do an outstanding job. They are very careful not to damage your new appliance or anything else in your home. The installers do a very good job explaining how to use all the features on every appliance. I would highly recommend A-1 Appliance the next time you need a new appliance or service.

Terrible experience. Bought a refrigerator from them and within 1 year we experienced pronlems. Over 12 service calls later and zero resolution to the problem. Good thing I bought the service plan?? No. I would have been better off to have shopped elsewhere. A scratch and dent place would have been better.

have dealt with a couple of different sales people who seemed to rely a lot on manuals/online material from manufacturer's websites. if the appliance is not stocked, what's the point of going to the store if you're just going to sit there and look online?

I had 2 Bosch appliances that needed servicing. Dennis at A-1 is the man for the job. After another service company gave me a run around, Dennis, walked into my kitchen and in less than an hour had diagnosed my dishwasher and refrigerator issues and both are running smoothly. I will only call A-1 from now on!

Having bought a new home (new to me), I have dealt with various service personnel in order to repair neglected items and get the home into shape. I have been almost uniformly disappointed in the service provided with the exception of A-1 appliance. Jason was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and one of the more pleasant people I have dealt with. Not only did he fix my stove, he took the time to address things not related to his service visit and proposed cost efficient solutions to them. The cost was a bit on the high side, but not inconsistent with others. He was the only service provider that I thought was worth every penny. In short, Jason is the employee that every employer hopes to have. A-1 is fortunate to have him and they will have a repeat customer in the future.
