Dingy at best. The night staff was really nice, but online the room prices are about $9 cheaper and that is not from priceline or similar website, that price is straight from their website. When you get there they charge $45 plus tax. Anyways, I needed a place to stay and this place had better reviews than the other places close by. I asked for a non smoking room. The room smelled like a smoking room. The carpet has stained, the linen looked dingy, the blankets had rips on them, and the bed skirt had a cigarette burn hole in it. The walls had holes that were never filled when they moved the television. The bathroom was ok looking but the toilet smells like piss, not like cleaner as I would expect from a recently cleaned room. Whoever said they are remodeled must have been talking solely about the bathroom counter, because that and the sink are the only things that are new. The bed is ok, I've slept on worse. Glad I brought my own pillow and blanket though I will try my luck with another hotel if I have to come back this way. I forgot about the gum stuck to the side of the bed #disgusting #unsanitary #whoinspectshotels edited to add that the television doesn't work, it has sound but no picture. Did I mention I will never come here again???

Awlful bad service, breakfast sucked, never had maid for the 5 days we were there.. No WiFi after 9pm.

The bed was to tall, but comfortable. Electric card key had to be replaced 2 times in 2 days. Disabled room not safe for a disabled person. Gradys, outside of the hotel was marginal at best.

If you judge a book by its cover you will miss out on a beautiful room and a very comfortable bed! They have completely remodeled the rooms from wood floors to Marble showers with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall! Our room was very nice. I've stayed at this hotel over the past 10 years every year for the Stock Shows at the AT&T Center which is a couple of blocks away. We used to stay because of the great nightly rate but now I will return more often for the nice room and still great rates!

After reading some reviews I will admit that I was a little worried about staying at this hotel. I nearly cancelled before even giving it a chance, but I'm sure glad I didn't! My stay was MUCH MORE pleasant than I thought it would be. My room had great AC which was perfect on those hot summer days, marble floors, multiple amenities. The staff at this location was great and very resourceful. A lady came by every morning just to make sure my partner and I were doing alright. She delivered fresh towels, soap, etc. daily. On top of the hot waffles and orange juice that I got up for every morning, my trip was even more enjoyable because of the hotel's location. As a tourist, I didn't have to drive any longer than 20minutes out which saved me a lot of gas. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone whether you're staying just 6 nights like me or a couple of weeks. I can't wait to go back and explore more of San Antonio while feeling right at home at this hotel. Leaving was the worst part.👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good price, had limited breakfast (restocked slowly for some items). Locale is good to get to attractions (if have a car), but feels eerie.. Not many residential or shops/malls near

My wife and I stayed one night here, the room was nice enough, but the manager was extremely rude, she neglected to tell us that the included breakfast ends at 9 am so when we went down at 9:30 to eat breakfast and check out, we couldn't. They advertise "Free wifi" but their signal isn't reliable and we both found ourselves having to reconnect every few SECONDS, meaning it's unusable. We paid a good bit of money to stay here, and the only amenity we actually got to use was the bed and shower. Steer clear. Oh, and while we were walking out, I saw the cleaning lady. I watched her go through 2 rooms and I didn't see a single linen leave the room. Meaning they just made the bed and called it good without even washing the sheets. That's disgusting.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I came here to stay for a night and we were depending on a hot meal in the morning. staff failed to tell us that the free continental breakfast ends at 9am, so we couldn't get that. when I say something about it, I get dirty looks, I ask for a main managers phone number, it's refused to me, all in the meantime I come up to the room balcony to smoke a cigarette and I see and hear the manager herself saying some very rude comments to her friends about my husband and I, and every single one of them staring at us, what's the issue there you may ask. the issue is, it's your job to be polite and courteous we paid a good bit of money to stay 1 night here and the included amenities were wifi and continental breakfast, and we didn't get to use a damn one because the wifi wouldn't even work and the employees failed to do their job in the regard of telling us when the breakfast ended STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Please stay at America's Best value inn. Hotel room was clean, staff friendly, towels fresh and clean. Housekeeping and laundry staff have done an excellent job to provide a pleasant stay. Would visit again.

The hotel is surprisingly nice. Other than a few esthetic flaws this is a decent place to stay. My room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was traveling alone with my young child and felt safe. The only complaint I would have is that it was noisy outside from people walking back and forth to their cars and beeping the horns which has nothing to do with the hotel but the people staying. I would definitely stay there again
