My family and i had a great experience. Our wait staff was kind and attentive, Our food was nice and hot and had great flavor. Overall great experience. 5 stars for sure.

So I was excited to go and have an awesome dinner for mine and my wife's anniversary. Well I went to the wrong place. My wife liked her food but mine was just not even worth it. The steak was bland at that and it was charred so bad the meat had no flavor. Now the service was very good! Our drinks were never empty and the desert was on point, I even wanted to order some to go. Now maybe they were having an off day in the kitchen but according to other reviews they had the same issue with the steaks. If my dinner wasn't comped I would never go back but, because it was if I ever stay here again I may stop by again for a second chance.

I have had almost every dish on the menu and have never been disappointed , the grilled entrees like the Buffalo tenderloin(well recommended) are always cooked right and very flavorful. Happy hour rocks with everything at $7, recommend the Kobe Sliders, The atmosphere is always upbeat and Guy and the other bartenders are always very hospitable and very attentive to guests.

The place had lots of empty tables, they said it was 45 min.wait just to sit down.They were not even polite about it.This is the first non 5 star rating I have ever given.The hostess was basically just rude.

Food was great. However, the service was horrid. It wasn't even busy and when we waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink order, another 15 to get our drinks that is unacceptable! Then it continued to get worse. After the server set our drinks we had to tell him we were ready to order, or he was going to take off again. 40 minutes later our food came out. As stated at the start the food was great, the service was horrible. Couldn't imagine eating there when it is a busy night.

Outstanding service and food. Food is prepared by chef's not cook's. Out of a party of four there was no complaints. Food was hot and delivered promptly. We all agreed that we did not have a problem paying the menu prices it was that good. We will be returning.

5 star restaurant in a small town, this place could hold its own with the big boys, I had the ribeye cooked to perfection , juicy an huge. Love this place will be back !!!!!

Awesome place, service is awesome. The Sauce on the NY Strip was not very pleasant, we asked for it on the side but it came on it anyway. Other than that the Carbonara was incredible, and the drinks were great!

An on again/off again continuation of the once-brilliant Coyote Cafe experience, the Red Sage at Buffalo Thunder is now a Hilton properties steak house with good beef and fish, fine cocktails, nice atmosphere and occasionally good service. Last night our party of four was treated to a four hour unpleasant experience of servers and a single bar tender trying to make up for a management that appears to be out to lunch on the issue of staffing. A single large party bought this Hilton Resort signature restaurant to its knees, leaving hour long waits for water, bread, a cocktail refill, salad, and finally a darn good steak wasted by service inattention. In at 5:30, we found ourselves at 9:30 wondering about the right tip for a horrible experience. The bartender comped us two glasses of wine following a lot of boring excuses for why things were very wrong. "Beyond her control," she said. Well within our control is the ability to not return until we hear of things being on again at this local, for us, restaurant..
