I always find the best prices at this place. I have bought several mattresses here because you can't beat their prices. The furniture also holds up and is especially reasonable. The guys that work there are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

we loved one of the couches on their website, we went to the show room and it looked even prettier in person. the sales associates do not work on commission so you get all the information with absolutely no pressure to buy! we didnt buy the couch that day, but i had more questions so i submitted a question and was quickly emailed a reply by Zach, who is wonderful and put up with my week long barrage of emails and crazy questions. he was very nice and very helpful. we picked up our 3pc sectional, they loaded into our F150 with no problems what so ever. there were no hidden fees and their 5 year damage warranty actually covers stains and is only $99. we are thrilled with our couch, its very nice quality and looks amazing. my husband accidentally left his Leatherman on the loading docks on Saturday, i called today (Monday) and they have it, and are holding it for him to pick up. they have been wonderful to work with and i could not recommend them enough!

Nothing but problems with this place. We ordered a sectional that was supposed to show up in a week.2 weeks late. Not only that.we were missing the console we ordered which was shown on our receipt. They tell us it's not showing it was ordered and we'd have to pay to get one.it showed right on our receipt that it was paid and ordered for. The lid on the other console we got ended up being brokeand now the back of one of the automatic recliners is broke inside the couch. We paid for a warranty, but they are telling us that now our couch is out of the warranty and the extra warranty that we paid for can only be used if we accidentally messed up the couch (rips, tears, scratches, ect) So basically we are now stuck with only parts of a broken couch we ordered.

Great products and prices. The staff here is very helpful and they can order anything you need, even if it's not on the floor. They have a huge catalogue of furniture they can get for you way cheaper than other stores.

Ordered a leather sectional through LOW. It was back ordered, which was fine. When they received it, I got a call saying that one of the pieces had a scratch on it. I had the option of ordering a new piece or getting a discount. Since I was not going to be home for the delivery and couldn't see the scratch to know the extent of damage, I asked for a replacement. They delivered the original and let me keep it while the replacement was being ordered. Great communication, great customer service, and on time delivery. I'll definitely be back when it's time for more furniture buying.
