Very clean hotel and the rooms were well taken care of a ready for us. Comfortable bed, clean and well taken care of lobby and courteous and friendly staff.
Our family had a fantastic time.. An absolute insane experience-one we will never forget.
Nice extended stay location. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Comfortable beds!!
No breakfast or coffee due to Covid, really! The entire world would starve if they took this hotels lame excuse to save a buck. How do they think all the restaurants stay open? The only coffee available is the generic stuff in the room that tastes like dirt. They have cereal that you have to pay for that is $3.50 for one of the tiny individual servings and then the milk will cost you extra. There was no hot water in the room which makes for a quick shower. The staff was nice and friendly, but whoever made the decision to profit because of COVID needs to go. Not all Holiday Inns are like this, most serve a limited breakfast and offer decent coffee
Easy check in. Near multiple restaurants. Top notch staff and service. The rooms are large, spacious, very neat, and quiet. You will not be disappointed!
Had my wedding there and a year and one month later had my baby shower there! Stayed overnight so we could enjoy the amazing pools!
The staff was courteous, and extremely helpful. Even when there was a small issue with the TV they went above and beyond to make it right. I often travel to Chicago, and this is now my new go to hotel.
The rooms still need updating. Everything still looks like it's from 20 years ago. However, that doesn't mean that things are crummy. Everything is fine. Beds are older and not so comfy. The restaurant had it's menu Holiday-Innified. Used to have their own stuff. Get the pizza, they make them in house. Still a good place to stay.
Just a short stay waiting for our plane to leave. It seemed a little outdated but clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. No trouble sleeping, a comfortable bed and a nice shower. We weren't able to use the restaurant or shuttle since out flight was so early but good to know they are available.
Clean. Simple. No bells and whistles. TV in room. Bathroom was spotless. Staff at the front desk was wonderful. Bed was nice soft and clean. No weird smells. No gross bugs of any sort. Stayed there for a convention.
Service was exceptional; Stephani in Stanley's bar, then in the restaurant for the delicious Sunday brunch made our stay exceptional. Fun drink menu in bar with good food. One star loss due to old accommodations, average bedding. Fantastic stay nonetheless.
Hotel room was very clean, courteous staff, helped me with my luggage to my room. The conference rooms were organized nicely. A bit out dated, could use some new decor in the conference rooms. Thanks for a great stay!!
Visited this location for a Wedding/reception. The venue was easily recognizable from the road. The conference room and atrium we're clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, and on point. Overall I'd say a great experience.
For almost two years I have been staying here as a patient Loyola University Hospital in Maywood. In the past the staff and especially Demetrius has been amazing until last night. I was in room 109 unfortunately this room is horrible not only are the beds the most uncomfortable thing, the toilet ran all night long so bad that I actually spent the last part of my night sleeping in the front seat of my pickup truck it was more comfortable and quieter. But the worst part was when I had checked in I wish I could attach a picture of the drain in the tub it apparently has never been cleaned and it had pubic hairs all around the drain. When I went to the front desk about it the first guy is like what is this and I had to tell him what the picture was when I had talked to a manager named Lee she was going to come back and let me know about changing rooms however I never saw her again. I had even contacted Demetrius and also never heard back from him. Will I come back here again after 2 years no I never thought I would pay for a hotel room that I had to sleep in my truck to get some sleep before my doctor visit this morning and above all I could not take a shower I would not use that unclean tub that makes me wonder exactly how clean that room was. I truly wish it did not come to this and has been like my home away from home every time I go to my specialist at Loyola and now I will be finding a new place to stay. I've never heard back from anyone so apparently they honestly don't care about the people that come there frequently
Nice setting for wedding. Little old but very nice and staff was trying to make experience enjoiable. A+ on service B on building quality.
My best friend had her wedding here. It was a beautiful venue. But the staff serving us kept forgetting people at our table. So everyone was eating salad and one didn't have anything to eat. Oh well, that's not the end of the world. Great place to have a wedding at. The only other thing, one of the employees dropped the top of the wedding cake on the floor. That wasn't great at all.
Really nice place for a banquet, also have a pretty nice pool. Kind of weird they have security literally sit there 20 feet away from you and just stare while sitting at the bar after the wedding. I guess it would lead to a good response time, but we weren't half as loud as a normal bar, and two of them stood in the hall like sentrys.
Great place to park when you fly out of Midway. You must have an overnight stay to get free parking. They also provide a shuttle to Midway and will pick you up and bring you back to your car.
