The bad experience lived with this hotel has left me with a terrible bad taste in my mouth. I was discriminated against by the person at the front desk, (I do not know his name because he did not want to tell me) everything went very well until he knew by my license that I was Mexican, at that time he told me that my reservation was canceled and that I had to retire from the hotel, after driving 12 hours from Miami I had to book another hotel where I was received as a VIP guest. I do not recommend this site, there is no 0 star but this site would be a 0 star.
I obtained bed bug bites. They are very itchy. I know for sure it isnbed bugs as it is winter time and gnats or mosquitoes are not out.
Awful. Where do I begin? We had booked non-smoking but was told there were none left at check in (or we could upgrade at a higher rate, of course) so the room smelled awful. The tub leaked, the AC was questionable and the bed lumpy. We also had to ask for clean towels as housekeeping didn't get to our room until the afternoon. Won't be staying here again.
The price and location were great! The beds were soft, but the sheets felt weirdly damp and sticky. Maybe they haven't been washed in a while? The room also smelled like garbage. The desk staff was wonderful though, and the room was clean. The hardwood floor was a nice touch. The air conditioner worked very well too!
Ok I was a little nervous after reading the last 6 months of reviews in detail. So before we checked in we stopped at Wally World for fresh linen. Glad we did because there was hair on the linen and it was really hard not to miss! Now Jose was pleasant at check in and provided a bottle of complimentary water per my membership. Now the hotel is right next door to a Night Club which explains the loud music and shady characters loitering about. The rooms are average size and have had upgrades to them. Beds were clean no bed bugs or dirty linen. This is an outside hotel and overall the experience was way better than the bad reviews and the water pressure is awesome. There was apparent mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, but you get a decent room!!
Absolutely the worst hotel experience i had to deal with. Very unprofessional staff and worst management. Bathroom had bugs in it and clogged bathtub, towels had a lot of hair on them from previous use, and towels were so old that they had holes in them. Bed sheets and room as whole smelled extremely bad. I honestly, would rather sleep in a car than stay at the hotel.
Staff was nice. The hotel was located around a lot of businesses and close to 85. Overall great experience.
Been here for about two weeks now So far very comfortable and the guys at the desk are professional, and do whatever they can to give u a pleasurable stay. They also have cameras and a guard on site. The linens and towels can be clean better from my experience but other then that it's worth the stay
Things have improved tremendously. Slot quite. Cleaned up the neighborhood over all. The staff for the most part is very kind and helpful. Walmart super center walking distance and stores and restaurants are continental close by. Pool front side and is cleaned and maintenance daily when open. Set up for handy cap. It's not perfect but improving . Very pet friendly.
Seems more of just over night stays. Didn't have a fridge or microwave, terrible internet, and the shower was sketchy and bad. The bed was decent though.
It was a affordable place to stay less then 10 minutes for the infinity center. We went for a concert and after waiting a bit to leave we got to the hotel in less the 15 minutes even with heavy tragic. It also in a decent location with restaurants nearby and shopping cents less then 10 minutes away. A great place to crash if you're in town for a concert or similar event at the infinity center.
Clean rooms, low cost for a single night, far enough from the highway to be quiet. 4 stars because if you're over 6'5 the beds are a little small.
i would give this hotel a negative rating if i could. the room was absolutely disgusting. we asking to change rooms but they didnt have any other rooms available. i asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. she argued with me for atleast 15
minutes. finally a manger came to help qand when i was explaining to the manager the situation she was making rude a slick remarks as she was helping another customer! finally managed to get my refund. avoid this motel at all costs!!!
Red Roof has really upped their game in the last year. Their rooms look so much greater and unlike other pet "friendly" hotels in the area *cough* motel 6 *cough* they actually respect your pets. All while still keeping their prices low. Their staff is also really friendly and can actually speak English fluently! No dealing with some old Indian man who can't communicate and behaves like he has a stick up his behind. So far the only issue I had with Red Roof is that the cleaners ignored my privacy sign on the door and barged in anyway. This has happened at Motel 6 too but they were assholes about it, saying they don't have to abide by the "do not disturb" signs. Red Roof apologized and never did it again. Go Red Roof!
