Nice Place. Decent Bar and Restaurant. Excellent Room.
Great hotel. Had our brunch for my sister's wedding there. Out of town company stayed there too. Definitely would recommend.
The rooms at this hotel are just okay. Very small TV, a little cramped. But the service from the moment we walked in was unimpressive. There were 8 people in line for the front desk around 10:30 am on a Tuesday and nobody in sight. Everyone stood around waiting for at least five minutes. Later, when we had trouble with our key, nobody was at the front desk. We went to the bar for a snack and a drink, and the bartender was unenthusiastic and a little surly . It took 45 minutes to get bar snack food. The bartender disappeared for 15 minutes at a time without anyone else in sight, yet poured incredibly strong drinks, which is probably not helping the bottom line. Overall, it seemed like nobody really cared about our stay one way or another.
Bar Closes way too early Rooms Overpriced and people running halls at all hours of the night making lots of noise
We were hurricane Irma evacuees and we had an excellent experience staying at this hotelthe staff worked with us to find extra rooms as we needed to extend our stay because of the hurricanefront desk staff is excellent as well as the two ladies who work the breakfast buffetyou can tell they really enjoy their jobs and do their best to take care of people..we will definitely plan to come back and stay on vacation sometime
Excellent experience staying here. We arrived several hours before the scheduled check in and were allowed to get into our room within 15 minutes. Comfortable bed, clean room, and excellent staff. They even brought us a refrigerator to keep some food that we had cold, and toothbrushes, which we forgot to pack. Location is great too.
A lot of the fixtures are just old enough to be questionable at this point, but nothing uncomfortable or of much inconvenience. The staff has all been great, and very helpful. My room happens to have a giant light from the parking lot aimed into it. It is slightly annoying, and getting the blackout curtains to hold it out took a little doing. Again, a minor inconvenience. There are some good restaurants around, if to go a little past the many chains.
Amazing experience here. You will not be disappointed
I was picking my mother up from this location after she spent the weekend attending an event. The premises appeared clean and well lit and I would be willing to use them for a stay.
Quiet place to stay. Simple furnishings and style,. Inexpensive food and drinks. Shuttle service only available from 8 to 5. Had some HVAC issues, but they were addressed immediately by the staff.
Nice enough hotel with a friendly staff. Some of the amenities could be better though. For example, our shower curtain did a poor job of keeping water in. Overall, not a bad experience at all.
The most amateur staff I've ever seen in my career as a professional. The worse hotel I've stayed in my career as a college professor and guest. The most ridiculous hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay. After our disturbing first night, where seven kids were jumping in our hallway and talking as loud as one speaks in a playground, I knew we were in the wrong hotel. Day one we had a three hours of sleep due to noise. The lady in the breakfast the following morning accused us of not knowing what were were talking about (and of course she did) and gave us a "lesson" on how to eat breakfast. Not sure about you but I know how to eat breakfast. One fellow in the front desk was nice and helpful and recognized that our family travels to holiday inns in several parts of the country. I wish I can say good things about the other fellow who was a member of the front desk. It is better to remain silent about him, trust me. In our second night, there were 7-10 young adults having a Disney land party in the hotel and literally controlling the noise level until we decided to intervene as our toddler couldn't sleep. My wife spoke with the staff once first and then I spoke with her twice, The hotel staff had the audacity to ask these punks to stop the noise by apologizing (I am sorry, could you stop the noise) to guests who were DISTURBING US until 4:10am. By the way, the hallway was full of spaghetti from a previous 25 year anniversary party and wasn't clean for two days. We left the hotel today at 4:22am with a total of three total hours of sleep in two days (zero hours the second day) for a trip back to Mississippi where we live. If I am the hotel franchisee, I fire most of the staff immediately. Be careful with considering this hotel. You might end up being very (I repeat) very disappointed. In our case, it was a nightmare. How do you think we felt when we left the hotel at 4:22am without any hours of sleep to drive back home? Do you think that this hotel helped us to have a restful trip back? You tell me.
