WORST PLACE TO STAY EVER ! Found bugs in first room , second room they gave us was a Deluxe Room with a jacuzzi. Woke up ate up by BED BUGS AND PLENTY OF THEM ! Under the sheets and on the mattress . Place is disgusting ! I would never come here again or recommmend ANY one to stay here . Hopefully they give us our money back or I'll be back to write another bad review!

Okay can some please explain to me why when you check in to a hotel at 12 in the morning they still tell you check out is at 11 a.m. it's not right nor fair for the amount of money you spend. We asked for a non smoking room and get to the room top blanket has burn marks on it. The t.v. channels don't come in clear and to top it off I know that a lot goes on at hotels but why do police have to be posted outside as soon as you walk in?

This place only gets one star for having good water pressure. Our experience was horrible. The walls have black mold. I leaned up against the wall and proped my foot up and it went straight through the water damaged wall. I was charged over a hundred dollars. We we're only there for less than eight hours due to the remodeling being done in our own home. The microwave didn't work and we had to use one up front. I spoke with the owner about the charges to my card and she raised her voice to me then hung up. I do lots of reviews and I am always positive. However, this is thumbs down completely!

Front Desk is very inviting and friendly from the time you walk thru the doors. They are happy to answer any questions you may have and make sure you are satisfied with everything before you leave the desk. The rooms are very well taken care of, clean and incredibly spacious. The daily housekeeping is very refreshing as well, they replenish everything you have used and make sure you have all that you need for the upcoming day. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Good property for the price point. Keep in mind to pay a lot on taxes though. Front desk never answered the phone and there was a loud argument between to people my first night their 7/31/2017 kept me up later than I intended.

If you see any ratings above 1 star for this place, it's from someone who is related, paid by the owners, or the owners themselves. THIS.. PLACE..IS.. HADZARDOUS..TO.. YOUR ..HEALTH. Blood on carpet, mildew and fungus. Sleep in your car before you sleep here. PLEASE

It looks nothing like the pictures you see. It took us an hour to get get booked in, then the hall way smelled like 10 year old collard greens, the carpet inside of the room had blood stains like someone had their cycle there, the tub was so filthy that I wouldn't let a stray dog get in there, I pulled back the curtains and seen roots growing out of the wall. It was a waste of time and money please learn from what I say. Don't go there

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the room was in dire need of an update. The mattress was very old, the pillows were flat and there were old fixtures still on the wall. The shower curtain was mildewed. Will not come back. It was a shame the breakfast room was not being used neither was the indoor pool.

Stayed at the Magnuson Hotel on my way to a business trip. Conveniently located off the exit. Check-in was prompt and easy! Nice, clean rooms with microwave and fridge. Will definitely stay again!
