Quiet comfortable and affordable. My grand daughters loved playing in the pool.

Rooms are great and very clean. Thank you Leslie for booking my kids and I a last minute room. Great price! I would stay here again.

My review gets one star only because I had one good moment. I was greeted by one of the nicest individuals but the rest of my stay was horrible. I went to the gym only to find out the treadmill doesn't work the bike doesn't work the weights were all rusted. Then I figured I'd try to have breakfast and the breakfast was dry no variety and honestly was not worth it. The bathroom and my room stunk there was urine on the toilet. I've stayed in laquintas that are way better maintained cleaner and had a lot better service. If I were LaQuinta I'd take my flag down from this location.

The hotel room I rented was very outdated. The hotel price was not reasonable compared to the room I received. I stayed for two nights. The staff were very nice and professional, which is why I gave 3 stars. The place is clean and breakfast was standard. I think the pictures on the site should be changed so that future guest are not surprised when they enter their room.

Long story short, the rooms at this place are over priced and this hotel shouldn’t have a 4 star rating. I would check other hotels in the area prior to booking.

Clean room for price. Hair dryer didn't work and cleaning staff refused to give me clean towels without taking the dirty ones. That would not have been a problem if I wasn't sleeping when he wanted me to get up and get them.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean and all worked. My only issues I have were that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. They are almost like decoration cushions, we ran out of toilet paper when we originally got to the room the paper was almost gone and when we ran out there wasn't extra. Alsoooo the pool is indoor which is cool but the pool was FREEZING. My babies lips and feet turned blue. The TV was old and certain channels look red, and the microwave is old as well.

I think the hotel is overpriced but in Snellville it is the best options as the other hotels In the area are trucker motels.

The work staff was great and the hotel seemed clean. But for the price we paid I would have rather stayed at a nicer hotel on pleasant hill rd.

The reservation was made online after 10 pm. On same night the room was needed. We got the last room available, timing was incredible. My daughter's high school graduation was in Love and we didn't expect to be so late. So, it was a life saver The service was incredible would stay there again and would recommend to anybody needing somewhere to stay in the area

The front desk guy ( Jamil ) on duty when we checked in is extremely professional, courteous, and congenial. The best. The room was better than advertised. The entire facility was meticulously maintained and cleanliness was flawless. Parking is convenient and safe. Security systems that I used such as remote access doors to the outside were kept secure at all times. Everything worked. We felt like we were welcome there and our visit was the most important thing in their day. Our desk clerk made us feel like old friends and gave us the desire to visit here again. Next time we visit my Mom we will stay here even though there are several hotels closer to her. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Reese

Lobby wasn't cleaned up after breakfast, it was still dirty at 11. Meeting room was in basement with no windows. It served its purpose, but it wasn't very nice.

About 20 $30 more than the average price in the same area for the same Quality Hotel!!! There really isn't better options but
one of the Managers made an assumption image extremely rude after I spent over $130 or staying in a room that they already have to pay for whether I'm there or not-
I was outside smoking in the designated area and was going to take my food up stairs because of personal reasons I don't like eating in public there is no posted sign but the man told us we're not allowed to take the food upstairs and he asked us for a room number he came as close to saying did you just come off the streets and come in here and steal breakfast and now you're smoking a cigarette and a very chauvinistic meaning profiling kind of way!!!
I know he was watching me on the camera because he came out the side door which is not convenient more popular but it was right next to where we were standing.
I called customer service because I'm not going to spend my hard hard earned money to be derogatory condescendingly evilly spoken down towards

    Comfortable beds, terrible WiFi.

Pros: Decent rooms, beds were soft. The place seemed pretty clean.

Cons: You would be better off getting your own bowl of cereal because breakfast is very underwhelming. The WiFi was terrible. As in, it took me 5-10 minutes to simply open and reply to an email. Sometimes it wasn't that terrible but as soon as two or more people connected, it acted as if you were on dial-up.

I have never stayed at a La Quinta Inn. I was shopping around for a higher end hotel in the area but when I spoke to Jamal at the front desk he was so accommodating, kind and helpful. Jamal's service reminded me of what real customer service was like. When we arrived he was even nicer and more helpful in person. The hotel was beautiful inside. When we missed breakfast the nice lady at the front desk open the bar back up for us. Well this location knows how to train their staff. I was very impressed, how they go the extra mile to make their guest happy.

The rooms have been updated very clean and modern, the beds were comfortable and clean. I slept very well. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious and had a wide variety. They have coffee 24hrs always a plus. A fair size pool and gym. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.
