Over the past 3-4 weeks, I have contacted a Re/max Agent inquiring about several rental properties they had listed. Not ONCE, even after multiple calls, did I ever receive a call back. It's just polite to return messages, even if you have to say "I'm sorry, it's rented. Perhaps there is another property I can help you with ?" While rentals are often time consuming and not worth the effort for Agents here is the important part. I am not a renter, I haven't rented anything except a hotel room in over 30 years. However, when you relocate from out of state with 6 weeks notice, selling your home and buying another that quickly is near impossible. So you can believe me when I say, that when my rental is up in 6 mos, 9 mos or 12 mos.. and I am ready to purchase a home in the 250 - 300K range the very LAST place I will call is Re/Max in Lake Cty, FL. Customer NO SERVICE.

We drove 20 hours to view a property. We were disappointed with it and wanted to see others. Samantha Prueter didn't bat an eye, she showed us two more houses that same night and by the next day we were doing paperwork. She showed us the house we are wanting three times in one day because we kept wanting to focus on different areas. She was super patient with us and did a very good job seeking the information we desired. I recommend her to anyone that wants a low pressure, comfortable home buying experience. Thank you for salvaging our trip! I can't wait to close!

THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT " Sandy Kishton " WORKS AGAINST YOU FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT ASKING YOU QUESTIONS AS IF SHE IS YOUR NEW BOSS AND NOT WORKING FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER AS SHE SHOULD ! NOT OFFERING ANY KIND SUPPORT AS ONE WOULD DO WHEN RECIEVING A NEW CLIENT - DON,T ASK HER ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE IS NOW YOUR NEW BOSS TELLING YOU WHAT SHE WILL DO AND WHAT SHE WON,T DO - BUT YOU DON,T GET PAID SHE DOES ! YOU PROVIDE THE INVENTORY AND PAY THE MAINTINENCE ,TAXES AND INSURANCE ! IF YOU WANT A BOSS THAT YOU PAY FOR AS WELL AS ALL THE EXPENCES WELL SHE MIGHT BE FOR YOU - IF YOU ARE SUBMISSIVE - STUPID - HARD UP AND LOOKING FOR A BOSS AT YOUR EXPENSE THEN SHE IS THE ONE FOR YOU !
