Sea Scape Properties is great! Very professional and knowledgeable, but at the same time they make you feel like family! I can share with confidence that any time I have called with a question or maintenance need, their response has been prompt, complete and very polite. They care and I am certain that YOU will pleased with Sea Scape!

When I think of SeaScape I think of top notch customer service and a family oriented environment. They manage a vacation rental of mine and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I have a great relationship with my property manager (Robert), in addition to their accounting rep (Michelle), maintenance crew (Joe and Jose), and booking agents (Nicole and Tracie). From top to bottom, this company does an amazing job and keeps me informed on everything regarding my property. I completely trust them with my property and know they will treat it as if it were their own. My property is renting very well since I switched to their management services and have received great guest reviews. I consider myself a tough customer to please, and I am very pleased with their work. They come highly recommended and deserve an easy 5-star rating.

We've been renting from Sea Scape Properties for the past 4 years. Our daughter attends UNCW so we come here every chance we get. We used own a log cabin in Eastern Washington and had a management company rent it for us. That said, I know when to expect in a nightly rental management company. The folks at Sea Scape are first class. They are always responsibe and understand the balance of keeping the customer happy and the owner satisfied as well.
We also love the Sea Scape app. Leveraging technology as part of the experience is awesome! No more checking in at a remote location. Key code entry, etc. Just perfect!

Would rent from again!
Lived at a long term lease for a little over two years with my husband and two dogs. Being military and living in several different rentals we were so grateful for the tremendous treatment from Seascape Properties. Great customer service and very speedy with any matainance needs. Both the company as a whole and specifically employees Brett, Nicole, and Michelle were extremely helpful with any needs during our time living there.response / report this review -

Could not have been happier with everything! The house surpassed our expectations in cleanliness and furnishings. Everything we needed was there.
Tracey was a delight to work with and handled everything quickly and efficiently.

The rental options were great. We needed several specific accommodations for our trip and our friends and they made everything perfect. The house was appointed with great detail to the beach lifestyle, each of the rooms were spotless and the kitchen was stocked and ready for us to enjoy the week. It was the best rental experience I've ever had with a rental management company and couldn't recommend Nichole and her team more highly. You won't be disappointed.
