They were awesome, the doctor had awesome bedside manner, definitely my new go to urgent care.
I am from out of state and I was very pleased with the great health care I received. Everyone was caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Kandice Fleming was wonderful. She listened to me and then told me what was wrong. Treated me, gave me the prescriptions I needed. And made sure I knew to call or come back for any further problems. I would recommend them to everyone. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Edit: After a phone call with the practice manager and the doctor, I would like to upgrade my review. I had an issue where the insurance was pointing the finger at the office. After more review, it seems the insurance was at fault. This office tolerated a very upset and outspoken patient with grace and professionalism, even when I was in the wrong. They reached out to me to make it right and lay out the process. Thank you to everyone involved. They have been diligently working with a very difficult system to get me through to my next step.
Not happy with our experience to say the least! Took my 11 month old here due to our pediatrician's urgent care already being closed for the day. To make a long story short, I didnt have a good feeling about what the Dr here had told me so I called Children's Mercy and they literally told me to do the OPPOSITE of everything that this Dr here had said. Not to mention, he said, oh, his throats red, must be strep as he was totally uninterested in anything I had to say or even looking at my son. Nurse at CMH said babies this age do not even get strep and no way would they have wanted him to take augmentin which is what he was prescribed. When the nurse took my son's temperature she put her hand on his cheek to hold his head still and her hands were dirty and wreaked of cigarettes, not a good first impression before even seeing the Dr.
**UPDATE** - Andee Ochs, if you're able to call and speak with me in a professional manner without disconnecting the call on me, please feel free to do so and we can continue our conversation.
I apologize as I must be a little unclear on this topic but most of the time the employees are what make up the business and keep your business running and keep people coming back.
Office call was 310.00, and I told the doctor it was a sinus infection, 310,00 dollars for 10 minute visit is way too much money, ridiculous!
Always very nice people and always ver helpful.
Able to get in without much delay and the staff is always friendly and very helpful.
Very clean and fast to treat you. Doctors and staff were great. Much better care than Walgreen's Mimic Clinic.
Been going here for three years for those times when my regular Dr isn't available. They fix my family up good. It might take a while to get in, but the doctors don't rush the exam and they seem to explain the diagnosis well. No appointments allowed. Too bad they can't send the prescription to a pharmacy like my regular family Dr can.
This might not be the most chic clinic you've been to (pretty bare bones), but I'm very grateful for the care the doctor provided on my visit. He caught immediately that I had been given a very incorrect antibiotic dosage at the MinuteClinic, and the medication he prescribed has resulted in quick and significant improvement in my health. He was straight-forward, honest, kind, and clearly very knowledgeable.
