Dr. Laha is great! He takes the time to listen and then carefully explains the options. He is very down-to-earth and funny and so I felt comfortable telling him what my concerns were. He also has cool socks! I enjoyed visiting with the front-office staff who are very nice and his assistant, Kelly. Matt in X-ray is also very friendly. Overall, it was as enjoyable as can be, considering I had to have surgery. When I called with concerns about my foot, post-operation, they got me in immediately. There was nothing major to worry about and so I was able to relax and get back to healing. I love to run and since he is also a runner, he is helping me set a plan in place so that I can hopefully be running again, soon. I highly recommend Dr. Laha and his team!

Dr. Hill was very nice and attentive to my daughters planter wart. He was helpful and quick. I take any member of my family to see him again.

Kansas City Foot Specialists creates a friendly atmosphere with bed side manner that is unheard of in the industry! Would recommend to anyone looking for a foot specialist in the greater Kansas City Metro.

Dr. Laha is the best,makes u feel like you known him forever & spends timd with his patients! Also loved his sicks, his staff is also so kind,always felt like I going to hang out with friends!!

I have been pleased with Dr. Phillips with each exam. She is so friendly and explains clearly what she is doing. I recommend her to anyone needing foot treatment!

My experiences at the Foot Specialists have all been good. From the Doctor to all who assist him they are kind and considerate. Very little waiting for an appointment or then in the office for your allotted time

I really enjoyed the knowledgeable Doctor however had issues with the Billing Staff charging me an enormous markup for night splints .. a bit of history, was I had developed major pain with Plantar Fasciitis on both feet and was gearing up to head down to the GooglePlex for an event. Long Story Short, my father in law had taken me out to get some new shoes and orthotics and my family care doctor recommended I go to this clinic.
I was in a ton of pain, in the waiting room and signed a document that I should had not. It allowed them to take anything owed out of my bank account.. This was not a bad thing however when we tried working with the billing department they setup payments, and I had no problem paying $50 per month Until a day before Xmas when they took $290 it was a good thing I had the funds, however just before the holidays = Wow
Even though the braces the doctor prescribed had helped .. The same braces are online for $50 to $70 and I paid about $400 with the last $290 was taken from my account vs. the $50 we agreed upon. again, just before Christmas :(
Going back to the Doctor She was Fantastic but please warn me if I am about to pay a ton of money out of pocket before I walk out the door.. I even checked with the ladies up front about the cost, they said not to worry about it .. Normally Insurance will normally cover it so I did not think twice about it ..
The 2 Braces I received where the Ovation Medical Hybrid Night Splint /// if you get these I would recommend doing a Google Search for a Better Price.

I have been exceptionally pleased with my experience at Kansas City Foot Specialists. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips, and the office of Kansas City Foot Specialists. My experience with Dr. Phillips performing surgery on my ankle, and the recovery afterwards, has been better than I anticipated. All of the staff that I had interaction with at the office provided excellent care as well.
I was not asked by anyone at the office to provide this review. I wanted to provide some positive feedback regarding my experience with Dr. Phillips and Kansas City Foot Specialists.response / report this review -

My first visit to Kansas City Foot Specialists was great. I was greeted with a smile from all the staff and Dr. Laha. The Doctor and staff were professional and made me feel relaxed. Dr. Laha willingly answered all my questions with a sincere interest for my health. I am following all Dr. Laha's suggestions and so far I have noticed some relief to my pain. I especially think the night foot sling is helping me when I take that first step out of bed in the morning. from Marilyn Rapplean

I love Dr.Phillips. She is so nice and explains things very well. She takes her time and doesn't rush. It has been a long time since I have met a good doctor like her!
