We went here today to look for some new shoes for me. We got to the store at 12pm which is the opening time. They had 2 other people in the store. They had 3 employees working and one of the ladies just said men's shoes are over there and that was it. We stood around for another 5 minutes with no other person asking if we needed help. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. We also drove all the way from Gardner. I will never go back here again.

Horrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store and I felt like an inconvenience to the older gentleman who was helping me. He didn't size me and had a really bad attitude when I asked him for a different size or color. I would rather order off Amazon and have to return the product instead of feel the way I did when dealing with this store.

I purchased a pair of shoes from new balance online. I decided that the style I purchased wasn't what I wanted. I called the number on the website which was answered by a "customer service representative". She informed me that making my return to the store would not be a problem. Today I walked into the store and was told that I can not make that return in store. This was a waste of my time and gas as the store is 30 minutes from my home. The in store rep was not helpful and did not try to solve my problem. She was far more interested in getting back to what she was doing. I understand policy, but the rep on the phone should have inquired about the style so I could have saved a trip.

Great shoes and knowledgeable staff, but wait times can be frustrating. If you've purchased there before and know what you want you're better off buying online. I waited 10 minutes after taking my number without anyone acknowledging me. Finally left and ordered on Amazon.

As a barber, I've purchased several shoes from this store, but was in a time crunch and purchased the same shoe (NewBalance 928) from another shoe store. Unfortunately, that she didn't fit when I put it on for work the next day and had to wear my old pair to work. I called Ashley @ the New Balance store in Overland Park, Ks and told her my situation and asked if I could exchange my shoes at her store for the correct size. She said they don't normally do that and said it would be a one time deal, but noticed I had purchased several shoes from their store and because I was a valued customers, they would honor my request.
I honestly can't say enough about the quality of the customer service I experienced with Ashley, what a phenomenal job! Thank you for taking care of me in a tough situation, and will assure you my business is here to stay!

As a loyal New Balance customer, I was there to buy new balance shoe. I got a female sales person (ex-school teacher)very polite and extremely helpful , find the right shoe for me($125+tax). best shoe buying experience ever! but next week , I was there to return it, (I got a defective shoe) and want to buy different model, got very bad experience! Sales people are so rude , don't want to sell any of the shoes to me. Very bad attitude!( I am in sales over 15+ years, they need to be fired), go back again same day 7 mts before closing the store, same attitude from the same sales person (old man), I left the store. never ever visit that store again!

I was struggling to find comfortable gym shoes at the sporting good stores. I have high arches and wide feet making it difficult to find the proper fit. On a recommendation I decided to try the New Balance Store. Right when we walked in Nancy the Fit Pro greeted us. Nancy was knowledgeable and professional (not the same experience I had at other places). She took time to properly size my feet and explain why not just any type of shoe was right for me. After trying on a few of pairs she had recommend it was easy to make my decision. Great service, fair price, and very comfortable shoes.

Store is an absolute joke. Just came into to look at a pair of shoes. Was extremely polite and asked for a size. The gentleman that helped me. Was a complete a**hole. Have never been treated like that before. First time writing a review on Google. That's how bad it was. Go elsewhere, especially if you are a young person!!!
