I am a new patient who decided to change cardiologists after meeting and receiving excellent treatment & care by Dr Patel while I was recently hospitalized at Menorah Medical Center. My first follow up visit to the office went very well. The office staff and technical staff were very professional and made me feel welcome. The COVID precautions were top notch and I felt safe in the waiting area and in the exam rooms.

The medical staff at Kansas City Heart and Rhythm Institute were efficient and very professional. There was some confusion signing in and the plexiglass barriers made it very hard to communicate as everyone on the patients' side were talking louder than normal. It also would have been helpful since my appointment was rescheduled twice to get any required paperwork in advance.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Peter Park during 3 separate hospitalizations in the last 3 months. Dr. Park is an amazing physician and does a very thorough job of presenting clearly, the findings and concerns of a patient's condition and options of treatment. We highly recommend this doctor and this practice. Dr. Park's whole staff is great and Maddie is especially helpful, knowledgeable and gracious as she has helped guide us through so many various procedures and anxiety-ridden experiences.

Excellent doctor. He listens to your concerns and responds to your questions. He reviews the detailed reports, proposes treatment, and follows up on the patient. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
