Dr. Fotopolos is a wonderful physician. My main complaint is their phone system. I am contemplating leaving Fotopolos because of the difficulty of getting an appointment.ive complained but no change in their customer/patient service.

I saw Dr. Lowry Jones here and he repaired torn meniscus in both knees. Was very happy with results. Then I had a motorcycle wreck and Dr Jones did a good job of taking care of it after I did a lot of damage to it.

I've started and restarted several times on this review. I hear the Doctors are amazing but I'll never find out due to the incompetence of scheduling and rudeness of the supervisor. I understand the scheduler but when I finally reached the supervisor Jennifer that's what was truly unprofessional. I work in the medical field and I know my Director would never have treated a patient like I was addressed. Apparently the surgeons at this group are doing SO well they don't need my business or my Tri-Care Standard insurance.

I see many of the Doctors here and wouldn't go anyplace else. Prompt, courteous, professional expert care.
After a horrible horse accident, I never thought I'd walk again but thanks to a miraculous surgery by Dr. Badwey, I'm almost as good as new.
KU's Emergency Room wrongly sent me home with 7 broken bones in my ankle. A week later KU trauma surgeon said I never should have been sent home. He immediately operated an put on an external fixator to hold my ankle to my leg.
That's when I went left KU for Dixon Dively. So glad I did!

They do amazing work with Cordizone neck injections. They got me in there fast and found the right disks. I'm very happy with their service and will always come back if I need to.

Dr. Halloran is an excellent Surgeon! He is nothing but professional and his staff is second to none. Dr. Halloran and his Nurse Kim have helped me and my family through 2 surgery's and we hold them in the highest regard! I would recommend this team all day long!!!!!

The care here is exceptional but they have gone to a call center to do their scheduling. When you call to make an appointment they send you to a call center. Someone there takes your DOB, Dr info and phone number, then someone calls you at a later time, anytime when it's convenient for them (perhaps in the evening, the next day, who knows?) to make the appointment. If you don't pick up the call they leave a message and you start all over again. Big waste of time, money, resources (both mine and theirs). I give them them 3 stars because this is a real problem.

This place is NOT recommended. I had better service at a similar practice in Dallas/Ft Worth.Much more professional and helpful. I expected more from Kansas City. Complete waste of time and money. And to say that I am frustrated is putting it mildly.
